Big thanks to Tate and Grigore - they were so lovely to work with and worked both carefully and swiftly. The move involved two collection points along with a final destination and they took the complexity and multi to'ing and fro'ing with ease - they were so strong!

Dean and his team were amazing. We have moved offices which meant having to move a lot of valuable assets such as screens, laptops, mobile phones.

Everything has been carefully packed and delivered without a scratch. The team has taken great care and shown professionalism throughout. They were also very fun and friendly, lightened the mood of a long stressful day.

The only thing that I can add as an improvement (not from the company itself but from the Compare the Man & Van side, through which I booked this service) is to add an option to book for packing service as we had to ask for this separately and organise packing materials our selves - which Dean was also very helpful with recommending what we needed to buy.

Very good and friendly service. This was a big job with lots of heavy lifting and Dean and his team had such a positive attitude towards it all. They really helped us a lot. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend and use again!

Stress free move with Dean! This is the second time Dean and his team did our move and it was as with the first one - excellent. We were especially grateful that Dean dismantled and assembled our bed for us. What's even more amazing is that he managed to get it out of the house (with a very narrow staircase) and move it in to our freshly painted house (with a very narrow staircase and a hallway) without a scratch! He also came up with some great solution to how to fix the bed, which saved us a lot of money, stress and time! It's such a relief to use someone who is calm, friendly and knows what he is doing! I would definitely use Dean and his team again.

High calibre service start to finish. After an awful experience with another crew from "Compare Man and Van ", I used Andre and Dean direct and they exceeded all expectations. Extremely professional ; they were polite, swift in providing a quote which for the level of quality you get is very affordable and competitive, they were punctual offering updates to keep in the loop and the move itself was hassle and stress free. They worked fast and with great care of the more fragile and heavier items. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Andre went up and beyond to help. We had trouble getting my cats into their carriers and even though it's not part of his job description, he was so kind enough to offer a solution and thanks to him we successfully got our reluctant cat in. It was lovely to have a team who work with such empathy and honourable work ethic as opposed to many who go through the motions with attitude. Highly recommended for anyone moving or needing to transport furniture or belongings. Honestly 10/10 the difference between Michelin Star and McDonald's service wise. Thankyou again.

Team were kind and did an excellent job!!

The service provided by Gary & Moses was excellent. They were on time and managed to carry everything smoothly. They also didn’t have a problem when we wanted to add an extra suitcase that wasn’t added to the original description, which is a great plus as other companies charge you for any extra thing. We will definitely hire these moving services again for our next move.

Dean and his team were exceptional. Even on realising we needed two trips instead of one, on a Friday completion date in august as well! They flexed around our needs absolute life savers!!

The lads were excellent! Everything had to carried down a flight of stairs and they got to it without a fuss. Everything was carefully loaded in the truck and nothing got damaged. Even when we got a major delay in the middle of the day due to solicitors/banks they were very chilled about it. Once we did get in they were quick and efficient and didn't drag things out to get more money. Could not be happier and if I need stuff shifting again they will be my first call!

I can only give positive comments for Dean and his team. On time from start to finish, friendly and polite, helpful with everything, careful and practical with all goods moved, and trustworthy.

Dean is my go to guy for all removals. He has a smart and strong team who are really friendly and I trust them all to get the job done. Dean goes above and beyond to help and is such a nice guy to work with. Couldn’t recommend higher!

Used Dean and his team around a month ago for a 2 bed flat move. The team were friendly, efficient and made the whole day of moving much less stressful. Couldn't recommend them more!
