Absolutely fantastic!!!!

The most friendly, prompt and professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a gift for a friend of mine and I unfortunately uploaded the wrong logo for engraving. I emailed to ask if I could change the logo. Which they quickly responded asking me to send the correct logo over, not only did they go the extra mile put my order on hold until the correct logo was sent through. The correct logo was the wrong format and they converted it for me saving me time and hassle. 10/10 all round brilliant service!

Ordered 2 personalised frames from them and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately 1 of the frames engraving wasn’t clear in the middle, I emailed them and they replied first thing the next morning asking for a photo of the engraving. As soon as I sent that, they’ve emailed back saying a replacement will be dispatched to me the same day.

Mistakes happen but the customer service to handle it has been AMAZING! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! The items I ordered were absolute perfection….. From choosing items to delivery Keep It Personal were super! I was overwhelmed with the glass and all it’s beautiful wrapping the nurse who it is for will love it! The 2 personalised keyrings I ordered are stunning and excellent quality perfect stocking fillers -my daughters are going to love them!

Excellent service, decent quality product and a good price. Delivery was impressively fast.
The only thing spoiling it was charging extra to have the glass in a box which felt like a bit of unnecessary and opportunistic upselling for something that should have been included, but not enough to detract from an overall 5* rating.

Just recieved my order and am blown away by the quality and wrapping, will certainly be using this company again and will tell all my friends to do so ,excellent.

This is the second time I have ordered a product from this amazing company, I made a mistake with my order and a lovely lady emailed me said that I had duplicated my order, was it two a needed. She sorted the order out for me and the order was there two days later. My purchase is beautiful, my friend shed cries of happiness when I gave it to him. Would definitely recommend this business to my friends. And I will definitely be using them again.

My daughter loved the mug I designed for her and it was delivered so quickly to the promised timescale. A really nice idea for her just moved into uni digs and a good price. I snuck in a lovely little hug token too, she loved them both.

After searching for a silver photo frame for a wedding, I'm so pleased to have come across Keep It Personal. The personalised diamante silver frame, together with personalised champagne glasses are stunning! The web pictures look only half as nice as the actual items. They arrived 2 days later too, well-packaged in bubble wrap and boxed. I know where to go for anything else and can definitely recommend!!

So happy with this company. We got personalised teacher gifts last year and again this year, they were great. After losing our beautiful and much loved dog 2 weeks ago, we ordered some cushions with her picture on a personalised tree decoration. They arrived today and are absolutely beautiful, such good quality and the pictures have come out amazing. The tree decoration is also exactly what I wanted.
