Data Breach Team are incredibly slow and not great at keeping you updated.

Months have passed and no updates about M&S or The Co-op.

JD Sports claim rumbled on for years the end result was claim closed yet on their website they are still canvassing for new JD Sports claimants.

I currently have a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman about this firm.

He has been a reassuring and level-headed voice throughout, and I have really appreciated his kindness and support.
What has meant the most to me is that KP Law have never made me feel like simply another client or another case. They have recognised the human being behind the circumstances and have treated me with kindness, understanding and compassion throughout.
The matter is still ongoing, but I felt it was important to take the time to say thank you now. I think it is important to acknowledge when people do an exceptional job, and in my experience, KP Law genuinely have.
