I joined for a group action regarding a data breach in the last instance. Prior to this I've had involvement with another group action regarding pensions. Both times have been easy to do, the firm followed through and kept me updated periodically and clearly with what was happening and if they needed anything from me.

Saw the advert from this firm about a breach they were offering help with, first thought was it was a waste of time them being a what appeared to be a large company and not really bothered with the likes of me . How wrong was I from the beginning to the final settlement I was treated as if I was there only customer, Excellent communication , kept me total informed all through the process, no problems at all. I registered against a group data breach case and found the whole process very easy indeed!
Email only correspondence was ideal especially when I hadn’t known my details had been compromised. Updated when an update was relevant, and I was very satisfied with my compensation.

I was involved in a claim where my details were lost. KP Law dealt with the matter, the process was straight forward and stress free. I was regularly updated with any progress and realistic timescales were given to me of when significant points would be achieved.

Very helpful and professional staff member who assisted me. I was initially suspicious of the email as i wasn't aware of the breach. She dealt with ne and I had the payment within moments.

Back in January 2026, I was passed onto KP Law regarding the Capita Data Breach since then all I have received is notification of my case being passed to KP Law...and nothing else. A recent news story prompted me to contact them and apply for some important information that I would like to know and I have heard ZIP, NADA, NOWT, NOTHING from anyone and I am appalled and angry at this level of treatment. If your not going to help me, then let me know ...that would be the most decent thing that you should do instead of ghosting me. I understand the wheels of process move slow but its been 5 MONTHS....Nearly 6 MONTHS and you cant even tell me if I can have the document I am seeking. DISGRACEFUL. NO HELP.

Update-Why ask for information if your still not going to call and put my mind at ease at least. I feel like you want me to call and tell you I have given up so you can charge me a LARGE percentage for nothing you have done as it feels like thats how you make your money....WELL NOT FROM ME YOU WONT.

All these reviews which mention names, friendly staff blah, blah, blah are clearly not the representation you really are.

Oooh and hilariously...In my paperwork it says ..and I quote directly from it ...
'Take steps to obtain the best result for you in the best possible time' - Nope
'Keep you updated on progress with a monthly update'- HA ABSOLUTELY NOT
'Protect your interests'- EH?
Also ...
'Overall, your claim will be supervised by Kingsley Hayes'- NEVER HEARD FROM HIM

Kp law a data breach claim wanted 48 percent commission so half u wanted greedy do use this send email s u can't down load em so
