KewbzUK are an amazing company!
My son managed to break the corner piece on one of his cubes. Not only did a member of the team talk me through the process of checking and reassembling the cube, but they were also send a replacement corner to complete the repair.
Great customer service all round!

Just started to get back into cubing and kewbzuk was the first website I had in mind to buy cubes from. The website layout itself is well organised and easy to navigate. I always enjoy looking on the website whether I am buying puzzles or not. All round it is a great business and it is clear that the owner/owners are passionate about cubing.

I spoke to Luke today on the phone, after an issue I had with delivery of an order being delayed after spending extra on Tracked 24 delivery and we came to a resolution quickly.

Luke spoke clearly, consisely and seemed really genuinely interested to get feedback before helping me come to a resolution for the case in question. He was able to give me examples of how there could have been a misunderstanding and had a genuine empathy in my feedback.

It really meant a lot to me to have had him reach out via phone after I had sent an email to follow-up with me. It showed how focused KewbzUK are in providing the best costumer service. I urge anyone to give both Luke and his partner business if you're looking for Speedcubing puzzles in the UK - They are customer-focused, kind and clearly passionate about their business and it's clientbase.

Well done to the both of you, and many thanks for such a quick, painless resolution to my issue - After looking at your other reviews, it seems to have been a very rare occurrence.

As a beginner I was looking to upgrade my cheap airport cube that I learnt how to solve. I didn’t want to spend too much and Kewbz has a good selection of budget cubes as well as more expensive ones. after looking at reviews I chose the MoYu RS3M 2020, for me it’s perfect to continue learning with.
The website and ordering process was good and confirmation email had tracking number. I received my cube 3 days later with the standard delivery.

I love the cube store. Even though a little more expensive then from lets say SCS, I still feel it is better. Also I'm from the UK and shipping is quick.

the 2x2 cube I ordered fell apart within a couple of hours out of the box. my teenager had only been playing with the brand new cube a few minutes and was showing me how the magnets make a difference to his normal cube and a corner came off. he wasn't being boisterous in using the cube, it just came apart.
I have emailed Kewbzuk about a replacement or refund 5 days ago and haven't heard anything.

update: Luke the Director emailed me and was very polite and helpful in the emails, then he sent out a replacement cube. thankyou for the speedy response after contact

Great selection of cubes at a reasonable price. Plenty of config options (lubes, stands etc) well-packaged and they even included the hand-drawn picture of a Quokka I requested for my wife. Planning to pick up a mat, timer and request a drawing of a Quoll this time.

Before placing my order, I was a bit worried because I had never dealt with KewbzUK before. I normally buy from more well-known retailers.
What encouraged me to take the plunge was the fact that the items this company sells can't be found on other platforms and the prices are reasonable .
After making my purchase, I emailed them to enquire about delivery times. As soon as I clicked on send , I got a reply. Never had I experienced such responsiveness from a business, before! It was unbelievable.
The reply was not only instant, but also very courteous and informative.
The package arrived within a few days and it contained a free gift for which my son and I are extremely grateful.
I highly recommend KewbzUk and commend Hollie who is , in my opinion, a great asset to her company.
