Absolutely fantastic experience with KFH after the have taken over management of our property. In particular Nick (property manager) who has been brilliant and professional throughout all correspondence

I am very impressed with the service I receive from Lily Porter who manages my property. She is really professional, responds in a timely manner and deals with issues very satisfactorily.

I am writing to share my exceptionally positive experience with Holly at KFH.
Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our recent interactions. Her professionalism, dedication, and expertise truly set her apart. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled with care, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
It is rare to find someone so committed to providing top-tier service, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive professional at KFH.
Letted a flat through KFH west london
Letted a flat through KFH in west London. Was bombarded by calls and emails for the following month from multiple KFH offices regarding other letting opportunities - despite having made it very clear that I had already moved into one of their flats. Agents were consistently rude, dismissive and at one point threatened eviction proceedings because I didn’t want them showing the flat to potential buyers on Sundays. Hounded me for a decision up until the point I transferred them money for the deposit, at which point they couldn't properly keep track of the fact I had already sent them money, and then they started with aforementioned. They’ve overvalued the flat I was staying in which led to them showing the flat multiple times a week to potential buyers for the duration of my tenancy. It’s been on the sales market for ages and I don’t expect them to find a buyer given their tactics. All in all - highly unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent, and found myself regretting letting the flat due to their nuisances caused.
Bought a property from KFH Battersea
Bought a property from KFH Battersea. Only a selection of keys were provided by the office once completion was confirmed. One key was missing and I had to purchase this key for £15 from the buildings reception area.
I messaged the agent who confirmed the error also acknowledging not all of the keys had been given when I visited the office.
Asked for a refund of £15 due to their error. They refused to give me a refund. What ever happened to customer service!! I will never use this agency again. Extremely disappointed!
Great support from lettings manager
Nick Di Palma has been my lettings support manager and has been amazing. He is always highly professional, positive, supportive and solutions orientated.

Med and Heather helped us to obtain a mortgage despite our self-employment situation. Med has been very helpful and very polite in replying all of my questions.

Which in itself is a rare occurrence in this day and age but especially appreciated as part of a large company. I could not recommend anyone more highly if you are looking to entrust your property to a professional.
Very disappointed again
Very disappointed again. As soon you sign the contract with them they don’t care about you much. Really disappointed.
The first years were better, especially the first year but as longer you stay with them they care less and less and less about their customers.

Linda was a terrier at chivvying and keeping tabs on and all parties. I am grateful to her for the final spurt which got me moved.
Exceptional service
The property manager Jess is always very helpful. I sent her an email regarding a concern I had in the flat, and she was straight onto the issue, and communicated back very quickly. The service is exceptional.

Since Lily Porter began managing our rental property, the difference has been noticeable straight away. Our emails are answered quickly and clearly, which makes everything much easier as a tenant.
Any maintenance issues or jobs we’ve reported have been dealt with promptly, and it’s reassuring to know things are actually followed up and completed. Lily has been very helpful, professional, and proactive throughout.
It’s made a real improvement to our experience renting the property. Thank you, Lily!
KFH make the council seem efficient
Great sales team at the beginning. They'll let your property quickly (for a hefty fee). After that, it's a nightmare. Weeks to answer emails, months to reference and provide agreements for a change of sharer (and it will cost you £450!). Whose tenants give the name of a new flatmate two months in advance?! Pick up the phone and call? Ha. Try it now -- try calling someone who handles agreements rather than sales.
