I had a great experience dealing with Akib. He was very helpful, professional and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process so easy.
The furniture is beautiful and the quality is excellent. I’m really happy with how everything looks in my home. Akib was reliable, friendly and made sure everything was right.

I bought a wardrobe from K furniture…
I bought a wardrobe from K furniture slough branch last year October and my daughter loved it , my uncle put the wardrobe together and he unfortunately didn't do a good job. It kept falling apart
I called K furniture and asked for there assistance to come and fix the wardrobe and even though they didn't personally out it together
They were more then happy to help
Emails were quickly responded to and very accommodating to my schedule the price for the call out was reasonable and the fixing fee Incredible!!😁😁
A lovely man named Gabriel came and fixed the wardrobe and myself and my daughter are so grateful to K Furniture
She has they wardrobe she picked out and the wardrobe its sturdy and strong

Really happy with our new fitted bed…
Really happy with our new fitted bed and wardrobe! The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we’re so pleased with the finished result.
The fitting team did a great job, everything has been fitted beautifully, they were professional, tidy and took care with the finishing touches. The bed and wardrobe look amazing and have completely transformed the room.
Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the whole team! 😊

Awful service. Awful comms. They just don’t care!
Awful. Just awful. Bought 8 lovely dining room chairs. Waited a long time for delivery. Delivered second week of May. One came damaged. Driver took photos and said he’d report it and I’d hear about the replacement. Fast forward 3 months, literally dozens and dozens of calls from me chasing and chasing, explaining to different people, being given different answers. being asked to send more photos,(which I did), then being told they weren’t needed and a replacement had already been ordered. I still don’t have the chair. They have it, but I now have to wait for a “conveniently local delivery” for them to bother coming to me. After calling them again- that was supposed to be yesterday. By the afternoon when I’d heard nothing again I called them AGAIN. After explaining evening, they said let them look into a call me back - guess what - they didn’t bother! Guess I’ll have to call them again on Monday and ask when I can have the chair I paid for. Absolutely disgraceful customer service - AVOID
