I have been to Kingsbridge on a few occasions now. Everyone in it is very courteous, friendly and very helpful. I had a full knee replacement 4 months ago performed by Mr Andrew James, and in October I will be having a full hip replacement surgery, again performed by Mr. James. The care shown by the surgeon and staff is second to none. Would definitely recommend this hospital.

From the time I walked in the door until the last moment I left, I was treated extremely well beyond words, the staff at Kingsbridge private hospital really put the patient and their needs first, especially nurse Sean McKenna who went beyond his duty to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay.

To honest everyone I met were so polite I didn’t have to explain something to them if I asked a question it was answered straight away everyone through the hospital were lovely and the food was brilliant

From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The theatre and recovery teams were kind, caring, supportive, and reassuring, helping to put me at ease throughout the whole experience.

A special thank you to my consultant/surgeon and the anaesthetist. They both took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen. Throughout my treatment, they treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism, always ensuring that my dignity and privacy were maintained.

Although having an operation can be an anxious experience, the compassion, skill, and reassurance shown by everyone made it a much more positive one. I felt safe, well cared for, and valued as a person rather than just a patient.

Thank you all for your dedication and the exceptional care you provide every day. It is very much appreciated.

The nurse that changed my dressings couldn’t have done more, she was brilliant and I’m humbled by her dedication to her profession.

I had a procedure done on Tuesday was feeling very anxious and emotional pre op. Genuinely every staff member I had an encounter with was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Anything I needed post op was brought to me. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Mr John Canny and all his colleagues. Kirsty my night nurse is a sweetheart, Hannah explained all my dressings my medication and provided me with excellent discharge aftercare. I was fed and watered with the most gorgeous tasty food. Anyone that requires a consultation or treatment is in the best possible location. I am forever grateful to you all.
