I have been using this website for a few months now and not only is it extremely convenient to use but it has benefited me on the long run as well through its money back scheme. I am very satisfied with my experience and look forward to hearing about what this awesome website has in store for its consumers in the future.

I really enjoy using Kiwiwallet. With inflation the way it is at the moment every cent helps!

Haven't had any issues. Works as expected with quick payouts

Rarely works and is a lot of work to get things credited. I don't recommend using this as the time spent submitting tickets far outweighs the actual rewards.

It took quite a while to process my first cashback payout but it did actually work. However I’m not sure I will continue using the app because the ease of being able to use the countdown app rather than online system may outweigh the cashback benefits for me. If you usually use the website to order your countdown order. I highly recommend.

I was very sceptical about Kiwiwallet but it actually works just as it says and works really well. Now they have an app as well I find it pretty easy to ensure my purchases are tracked and a few months later I always receive some kinda pay out. In my twelve months with Kiwiwallet I'd easily have received over $100 in pay outs. Highly recommend!

It's so easy to use and the payout processing time was really fast! I requested cashback payout on Wednesday morning, then it already deposited into my account on Thursday. I'll definitely reccomend using Kiwiwallet for everyone.

Who doesn't want their money back from shopping and the occasional discount. The app and site are super simple and easy to use. They also have regular promotions. The hard part is remembering to use Kiwiwallet when shopping on your phone.

I've booked my rental car with them they advertised 40% cash back - I only got less than 3% - I paid more (it was cheaper to book direct with rental car company) to get 40% and I could have gotton a lot cheaper and didnt have to go through all the hassel. I've have contacted KiwiWallet neumerous times I have to repeat the same thing over and over. and took nearly a month for them to realise what has happened. Then they got rid of 40% cashback. Then they email me stating they are not having fun dealing with these issues and told me it will take 3 months to see my cashback, yeah right.
Booking direct is always the best as it will be easier to deal with your booking and it will be cheaper as well. You will see if you book with Kiwi Wallet you actually do pay for the cashback - price will increase when you go to website via KiwiWallet

FYI: Rental car booked via Kiwiwallet on 22/10/22 - Still not paid and I've been told staff complaining about their job and how difficult it is for them to get company to pay them. I also send numerous emails about other bookings Hilton - Havent heard from them at all What a joke**

It really is a no brainer, super easy to use. Search for retailer, and when you are directed to the retailer site, place your order and wait for Kiwiwallet to pay you, in my experience it took 10 weeks.

Quick and easy pay outs - straight into your PayPal or bank account. Recommend!

I was so excited because I thought it was like Shopback...

Despite following all instructions, none of my cashbacks are ever successfully tracked. I've raised 2 missing cashback tickets (31 May, 14 June). Nothing was resolved. I emailed them. Took forever for them to respond. Still not resolved. It's now 20 July.

I'll be sticking to Shopback!

Good in theory, but haven’t cashed out yet. It is a bit of a waiting game. I’m a bit skeptical about it now because I was spammed with 49 emails (and counting) in four days on a ‘cashback status update’ from one transaction. Just received another two while typing this review.

Great customer service and does what it says on the tin - clickthrough from the site to the seller, buy whatever you were going to get, and you get some cash back after 3 months or so.

Even better - after requesting a Paypal cash out I got an email saying that there was now a fee and I could avoid that by getting the money straight to me bank - thanks!!

For New Zealand, this is an excellent scheme. I have seen cashback schemes overseas, this one works well in NZ and has a lot of stores to choose from so you can just about earn back on all online purchases.

Don't trust kiwi wallet. It is a spam website. No cashback at all. Just keep sending your the spam email and message.

I used to get cashback within a couple of months last year, but have been waiting since the beginning of this year for my cashback on numerous orders, just thinking it takes them a while to get it to you, I have emailed numerous times regarding my missing cashback, have gotten no replies at all. Tried emailing and also using the contact form on the website. I'm estimating I have about $100 cashback owed to me - that's probably why I'm getting ignored because they don't want to pay it haha!
