I am one of "those" clients, needing help with the website, changing delivery locations, and also asking for my order days early to travel. Besides changing no sorry the correct word is healing my skin KJ Serums worked tirelessly to try to deliver my order when I needed. Then husbands as husbands do (and they do not value a good skin care product do they?) changed the time line of our travel and I could not accept delivery after all of that work. But Kathryn still not only made it right but took my problem and made it better.
I have never had a company go this far for me. It is a no brainer order from this company. Kathryn's products and her team amazing!

I started using KJ serums in 2021 on recommendation of a friend and within 6 months I saw amazing results. I have extreme sensitive, dry and thin skin... All the KJ products suit my skin and my skin has only improved. I highly recommend KJ serums. The pricing is reasonable compared to high end expensive products that most of the time don't work. And KJ serums definetly work. Customer service is amazing, you always get a reply within 12 hours and you can Always consult with them first before ordering their products.

I have been using KJ serums Triology and skin karma for almost 5 months now, but I have not seen any improvements in my skin condition. I still have dull, acne-prone skin.

The serums are great. Kathyrn is always available with ready responses and guidance. The delivery is quick and as promised. I am a regular customer and I plan to remain that way.

Honestly, I LOVE the Skin Carma Trilogy serum. So much so, I used to make my friends bring it for me when they visited me in Canada. No brainer for spots and overall brightening of the skin. In combination with Happy Face serum, you honestly don't need anything else.

Product is great.

I tried the new baby range and it's amazing. I have been using chemical free products on my 1 year old since birth as he suffers from mild eczema, since trying KJ Kids his eczema on his back and arms has cleared up completely. I stopped using it for a bit when we went on holiday and it came back again, so it's definitely the product making a difference.

The creams and oil smells amazing too. I have been using the oil in his bath instead of a massage oil along with the bath wash and then he gets the moisturising lotion after his bath.

He doesn't really suffer from bum rash but the bum cream is so soft

It's definitely a product I would recommend for little ones

Great customer service! Had to cancel an order due to Dr recommendations to reduce intake of a particular ingredient. Kathryn offered a refund immediately and also offered a complimentary alternative skincare product to try instead. Highly recommend using this brand for the great products and also because of their personal customer service

I have been using the KJ kids range for my toddler and it's so nice. Smells great, the pillow most is good. The moisturizer is very nice. Overall it's a lovely little range. The bum cream is great also on heel area and dry knees.

I have also been using KJ serums her main serums. The renew is very nice, hydra silk is also nice and smells so good. I feel my skin is looking a lot better and it's Ramadan so my skin is definitely in need of care. I will be purchasing again once my stock finishes.

I also like the fact how knowledgeable Kathy jones is, and the fact she has made these as a local business and that they are clean. Super happy to support her business. If you didn't try yet indefinitely encourage you to speak to her so she can help you with a skin care routine. She picked the products for me I told her my issues and they came super quick and chilled most important here in Dubai.

My 12 year old son has very sensitive skin and tried the body wash and lotion and commented that his skin feels baby soft. He used to get some heat rash on his thighs and hands which has disappeared. He also tried the night mist on nights where he struggles to sleep and it helps him fall asleep.
Cannot wait to try the bath oil.

I was so fortunate to be able to try the new Bedtime Baby line and we are obsessed! My son is always super rambunctious around bed time and this has brought some level of calm. He smells them and is actually asking to have his hair washed, so that’s a win for me. The bum bum cream has cleared up some bumps he had. I may have also used some of the pillow spray on my own pillow, it’s really a fabulous product. We are definitely going to have to restock when this runs out. He is so excited to spray his pillow at night and loves climbing into bed. I have always loved her serums for me, and shopping local is something I value a lot, so thank you so much for introducing me to these products!

We have received the bedtime baby set on March 15 for my Niece Lara who just turned 3 months.

We absolutely loved how the lotion and bum balm are very kind to her beautiful yet sensitive baby skin, we have tried multiple brands in the market and many seemed to not be as gentle.

When it comes to wash we felt Lara absolutely loved it and it did not cause dryness,it was gentle and smells great.

The pillow mist is what we personally became obsessed with before Lara did, it's calming and smells amazing and not to strong as we all have sensitive noses.

Lara also loved the massage oil after her baths, we really appreciate the carefull consideration of how baby skin is so gentle and baby products must be kind more than smelling cute.
