KLT Utilities branded pick up truck drove aggressively, rudely and dangerously behind and around me today going southbound through Stevenage. Not a good look for the company. If I ever need work done I'll remember not to choose this company.
My experience with KLT, they were Rude, incompetent, bullish.. They have replaced pipes on our road. They have disconnected our gas and have not connected for over 5 days now. They have dug our driveway so I have no access to park my car. I have reported them.

KTL construction are council sub-contractors who continuously leave manned and unmanned vehicles running, pumping out heavy diesel fumes, regardless where they are parked, even if close to a primary school. As recent research shows, diesel vehicles pump out carcinogens that affect young people the most. The drivers response was he was cold! All well and good then - we get breathing problems and they stay warm. None of the senior management are willing to take complaints seriously, are aggressively defensive on the phone, and show a total lack of empathy into the pollution they cause.
