I have unfortunately bought from this mob twice, the first time i had never heard of them before.
The in stock item i paid for did not send.. After 4 emails with no response and 3 phone calls with no message service.
I decided to canceled the order 3.5 weeks later.
ONLY then did they send the item the same day.
The second time i ordered was on me about a year later forgetting my last purchase, i ordered another item and experienced a mirrored of my first experience, again i canceled the order.
The item was sent the next day.
Minus the original packaging just a plastic bag with the contents of the original packaging thrown in.😡🤬

I order a knife over three months ago and haven't received it or any communication from this company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, potentially a scam.

Garbage stock quality and service, bought an axe and it arrived damaged, staff initially offered a replacement that never eventuated. Was given the run around and every excuse for months and the business now won't reply. Avoid at all costs!

Great team, amazing service, and products at fair prices. Highly recommend dealing with this company.

All excited to start making knifes in Australia, starting off with a pre grinded knife blank while I wait for my grinder and forges. Ordered a knife of the site and what do I get, a "Made In Pakistan" imported piece of metal. Where to start, Plunge lines don't match, edge bevel not same depth, warped blade, uneven and not square pre fitted bolster. No description of product on website other than blade length. Better off buying a metal blank and make your own knife. They could at least check the product before sending it out. The don't post or allow reviews made on website(always says no reviews yet) so no one will ever know.
