I ordered from this company equipment…

I ordered from this company equipment to the value of £88.73, I wasn't at home when the goods been delivered so it had been signed by my wife, upon checking there was one item missing, I contacted the Hayes branch and talked to Brak, he confirmed that the order is complete and there nothing they can do about it! on the next day I went to the branch and spoke to him wasn't interested to sort out the problem with no apology as well, unfortunately at that time I have used most of the parts that I ordered, with the exception of 3 items which I returned, he charged me an administration fee for returning the goods! although I had been assured by the Manchester branch that there is no charge for returning unused goods. it was the worst experience ever and will never deal with this company again. Avoid at all cost

Unreliable, untrue and patronising.

I've seen 2 positive reviews from in-store customers.
I've seen that this company has several national branches.
So, I thought this is fine, right?
Right NO! A few website description errors but a helpful assistant on the phone set the record straight - buy another product. Free next day delivery when spending over a set limit.
Ordered on Friday morning and all items are listed as in stock. A flurry of email confirmations followed. Come Monday and there is a morning delivery with some of my items from the local branch. Missing items are marked as on "back order". That's not a good start and I make a call to the local branch. When I try to find out how long does it usually take to delivery the "back order" items, I'm rather rudely corrected that ALL ITEMS ARE in stock but in other branches and they are likely to be with me by the end of the day, however he can check and let me know if that's the case. That's helpful... When I ask if he knows my number to call me back on, I get a patronising voiced answer that they DO have caller ID displays.
No, calls or additional deliveries on Monday. I call back on Tuesday to the other branch that is supposedly in charge of the missing items. The guy there tells me that they are responsible for the delivery of a part of the missing items and the rest is to come from yet another branch. Makes an apology, takes my number and promises to call back with details. Not waiting for the call back I'm getting in touch with the third branch and a girl there makes apologies, confirms that they are to send the missing part, takes my number an promises to call back. Tuesday ends, not deliveries and no calls from anyone. Wednesday! I get another packet... Still short of my complete order but I'm busy to chase them up and call back on Friday.

"Your order is marked in our system as completed and this has NEVER EVER happened in our company before" are the two answers I get. Yeah, right!
"I can see in the system that the last missing item was posted on Thursday and it would be with you on Friday, and I would personally, blah, blah, blah..."

Today is Saturday and the last item on the order is still missing!
Really unreliable. Next day delivery?! Oh yeah, dream on.

We pride ourselves on having extensive stock levels across all our branches in mass so we can deliver a complete order promptly to our customers. Sometimes, we may run out of the odd item but it is our quest to take ownership and to communicate up front with the progress of a specific order, giving you time to make alternative plans and not to get passed around the Kooltech branch network for you to solve the problem. We will take action to make sure this does not happen again.
