Not refunding the money, worst site for shopping ever. Please if u buy something try not to return it.

I had amazing experience

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They claim that they shipped the item, but week after week nothing happens. Do not buy anything from them!!

Worst customer service ever. Complete scams. They ignore you. I haven't recieved a refund for an order that came to me empty. I recieved an empty box and am being ignored by the Koovs team. I was told I'd get a refund asap, but no one is responding to me.

I ordered Floral white shoes of size 8 from koovs(it was showing 5 in quantity for size 8 available) and to save shipping I ordered two tops for my wife too. I had to wear those shoes with a dress I finalized for party.
After 5 days they cancelled the shoes order and they didn't return the money upfront.
I have raised a ticket but the money is not refunded after 3 days of cancellation by the seller.
They trick you into buying something and will not return your money.
They don not have COD option.
I guess it's the worst online shopping experience I've had since I began shopping online.
What can I say , I advise all of you to refrain from this malicious fraudulent website.

Worst eCommerce Website I have ever shopped with

Order No. 7594708. I've been a loyal customer of Koovs and can vouch for the quality of products sold in your website. But this time I'm extremely extremely disappointed. The track pants and jackets that I've ordered was of such bad quality that I'd get better quality in the road side at a better price! I called the customer care number and placed a return request immediately. My return number was 77362284. But now I'm being told that "Return/Exchange is not allowed". I want my money back!

The other name for Koovs should have been disappointment

1. Quality of products which are show in the display is not the same when you receive it.
2. They do not have most of the products in their store. They only display it to attract the customers.
3. They cancel your order at their own will without even informing you and make you feel that they gonna make you wear what they want and not the one which you wanted.
4. Trick is you can’t even return or cancel the order when Order is shipped and not even after its reached you. (Like you look out for 3 t shirts and you are about to place the order you get to know there is a delivery charge of about 2 hundred rupees with a message "Buy two more and the delivery is free" and you add up 2 more and place the order for all 5. After a couple of days, you will see the best ones you have chosen are been canceled by Koovs and you end up with the cloths which you had ordered to save the shipping charges.
5. The do the cancellation of the products repeatedly and without any shame. I have experienced it twice and their common dialogue is we have moved the store and that is why the product is delayed and finally they cancel it.

I have promised I will never shop with Koovs again! Be wise!! I find Myntra and Ajio better.

Please do not but from this, they are cheaters biggest fraudsters. I ordered track suit if around 4.5 k where only jacket came and track suit didn't delivered. First of all they took two weeks to deliver second when I tried to call them they said email them. When I emailed them they replied I didn't reported within 24 hrs. How can I if their calling system is not only working?

All customers please do not buy from this website... They will. Deliver half order and them reject remaining.... I am gonna drag them to consumer court and nail these guys.

Very bad company I bought a pair of shoes from there sites so after I payed them money via online order has not been delivered after 15 days of purchase even they didn’t even inform regarding the delivery of product No any communication after that I called them and asked about the product then they told Me that this product is not available in our inventory so we are unable to delivery the product I shocked By listening this kind of words after 15 days actually I was buying this shoes as gift to someone but unable to do so very poor services

I have been using koovs for more than a year year now and give you a very honest review .
I have ordered a lot of branded Like adidas nike as well as non branded items.
About branded shoes i have checked in showroom and youtube and founded that all three shoes were legit.
About non branded some were ok for the price and some unbelievable as its just you have to wait for their sale which is Every now n then depending on them.
Only once i received a used adidas shoe which They returned without any hassle and lot other items were returned without any delay.
So i would recommend shoppers to go and try this app Without any doubts. There was time when their cust care was not that fast in responding as they were new in this but now they are quite quick.
Just one advice whenever u ask for refund kindly do that in your bank account not in koovs account as its a problem while applying a coupon next time.

I was dissatisfied to d level of extremeties... dey r not showing 0 stars..
Otherwise i would have given dem minus points..
First of all dey showed product will b delivered d next day.
Dey took one week to deliver
First Showing will b delivered to my address den dey suddenly message me
My address is out if delivery area
N i hve to collect d product from service centre..
Dey every time say we have raised request but dey never resolve it.
Second product dey themselves cancelled from der side n wrote d product has been cancelled n refund is being processed..
Dey never gave d reason for cancellation
N saying when contacting customer service dey will take 10 days to refund d amount...
I was so angry for dis site dat i would never recommend koovs to anyone n never buy any product from koovs

This was an worst qualified website i ever searched this was an horrible experience. and this was an unsatisfactory site.this is playing on. i dont recommend this site any more for whoever is it.

First they give you good offer and when you order it and then you will be waiting for your order then you will not get it because without informing they will cancel your order then when you will ask them the reason they will give you a stupid reason

I am one of the most regular customer of KOOVS unfortunately they did not spare even me being a regular customer
Recently I ordered a cut shoe sandal from their website in the month of January 2020 they delivered me the wrong product and after I raised the complaint in their official website they mailed me back that it will be resolved
It is Feb 2020 and still they havent replaced my parcel nor initiated any kind of effective step to resolve my issue

I ordered a product from these guys I Didn't like the product so i raised a request for return after 2 days a given it back on 30 December i received a message that koovs have done the refund through neft but i did received it till now when i try to ask them
we have already refund your amount and the Guy (Sachin) hung up my call as I was telling him that I need speak to the supervisor or any of the senior after that I called them back same person Sachin answered my call and I asked him why did you hang my call he said I was not the one who hanged up on you is said OK after that I talk to him what he said to me that for taking my own money from these guys I have to show them my bank statement of 12 days that means For my own money they are treating me like a beggar

Koovs.com is really good. I recently bought a pair of shoes which was under my budget. I was a little worried about the material but when I received the order and checked it, I was happy to see the quality.
The order was delivered within 6 days. So, overall the products are good. I am totally recommending you all to go shopping with koovs.com

Koovs has one of the best and bold collections - yes it is true.
But it is an unreliable e-commerce platform which will show you goods that they don't have in their inventory but will charge you nevertheless.
It all started when I purchased a t-shirt from their "Reputed" website. They charged me for it and after a day or two, I got a mail that my order has been successfully canceled (they canceled it from their own side). It was not a big deal for me because I loved Koovs for their "10 days return policy".

After a week I saw a pair of Reebok classic trainers on their website. So, I bought them from their website. After 4 days went by without any notification I wrote an email to Koovs staff regarding my orders whereabouts. They assured me that the order will be dispatched within "24-48" hours.

And on 19th of June 2018 I got a mail "Your KOOVS.COM order has been canceled" followed by

"Dear xxxxx Singh

Your return request has been completed successfully!
The refund amount has been credited to your bank account.
UTR Number: [UTR_NO]
Refund Amount: Rs. xxxx

I NEVER REQUESTED A RETURN (I NEVER EVEN GOT IT).
This is the last time I am purchasing anything from Koovs.

I recently visited India, I ordered few items on koovs.com never received it ...try emailing them they say they wil be he delivering it soon !! They never did and they didn't even bother to try and deliver...thats some amateur peice of shht of a site ..so fck koovs !! Never again.worst ever online shop .
