I hope no one will fall for this as I did. I will share my experience of this terrible event here so y’all can be warned. Firstly, they literally scammed us saying that there will be 5 hours of show (so everyone thought 5 hours of artists performing) but on the 1st day of the event they announced that there will be 2 hours of pre-show which was not mentioned at all before and all we saw at the pre-show we could as well see on the festival before the concert (easy way to save some money I guess huh?) and that way left time for idols was 15-25 minutes each artist. We did not pay for that so it is fair for me to say that we all deserve 40% of the price ticket back as we were taken away 40% time of performances we actually wanted. Secondly, there was no organisation at all (I mean it was terrible). I don’t know about the sitting tickets but standing… On the 1st day they left EE area opened so normal standing tickets could easily get there and they might have even let early entry and normal standing tickets in the same time (I am not sure about this for the 1st day). For the 2nd day they left EE and VIP/FOS area opened and also let all standing tickets get in in the same time so for example normal standing tickets could get the first row easily. I have no idea why there were wristbands then at this point. Also, everyone was so confused about the gate we were supposed to be lining and when we were asking the staff they either couldn’t even speak english or they didn’t know. The same was for opening the festival grounds. The next thing is that they could not handle the crowd and was changing the gate just because they did nothing seeing people cutting in the line and blocking the path. This way people who were first in the line would get last which was so unfair. Also, event goer got the megaphone to organize the crowd just because the staff couldn’t handle it. Next shocking thing for me is that they had no interpreter. Idols had to tell them what they gonna say on the stage so they could make subtitles. Of course the subtitles sometimes were late sometimes too early and sometimes I even thought that they were saying something else from what subtitles were saying. These are the most outragous things I wanted to share but I could say more about it so please think much before buying ticket for this.

Even though I'm grateful to able to see some of my favorite groups, was it worth it to support such a disorganised, false advertising company? NO!

The whole idea was brilliant, Germany has had k-pop gatherings before and I've only ever heard good things about that. I live in a country (Denmark) where the standard of concerts and festivals are top notch and safety precautions are 1st priority, I really thought since it was in Germany it would be the same. I have never ever been this wrong in my entire life.

That KpopFlex had the audacity to even announce 3 hours before the show started that the artists would appear at 20:00 (8pm) instead of 18:00 (6pm). They did not say in the announcement back in December that it was included a pre show or warm up by some unknown dance crew, we were promised 5 hours of concert with the K-POP ARTIST WE PAID TO SEE!!
The fact that I just paid €250 for a two day ticket in my local area where some big artists are coming as well is mind blowing.

It was hard and difficult to get WATER as well! It should not be a struggle and not be €6 for a cup of water. Also, there weren't enough food either. What did they expect with 44,000 people at the same time?

The people behind this company really think that all k-pop fans are some stupid, teenage girls who will pay and be grateful for anything to do with their faves. That is not true. EVERYONE saw through them and their nonsense. I've studied marketing and every single thing they did, was for marketing purposes and to attract more people to gain more money, not realising it would backfire. The example is the Monsta X incident. They knew ENHYPEN and NCT Dream would attract many people and Monsta X too, so they just moved them to Sunday, then they would have people going both days, because multi stans couldn't choose between them and bought for both days. And giving 20% of is not enough and only for a limited time is bulls**t.

If you want to attract people and make a good name for yourself, then get the artists first, then announce the ticket sale and don't change the time for the performance last minute. Give people what they pay for!!!!!
Also, flying in artists from South Korea to perform for 20 minutes is super disrespectful. Some of the newer groups had their first European performance and then it starts out being for 20 minutes. You need to consider jetlag, time difference and so on. The artists are only humans!

It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of German fans got together and sued KpopFlex for false advertising and for violating Human Rights.

This event was a mess long before it started and I would dare to call it a disgusting violation of human rights. I attended both Saturday and Sunday with standing tickets (not FOS).
— Another day of the festival was suddenly added and the announced artists were split into two different days. Wanting to see all the artists who were already announced at this point, you had to buy tickets for both.
— Basically all information was provided last-minute or not at all: event schedule, the festival map and organization, process of entering the venue etc. More information was spread with the courtesy of some of the visitors than actual staff.
— We were informed that we are only allowed to carry in a 0,5l of water in a Tetra Pack, no food or bottles. The website stated that during the festival we will have the possibility to buy food and beverages, paying with cash or a card, which turned out to be a lie. Many vendors only accepted cash and they also quite often ran out of water to sell. Sometimes the only drinks available to buy in the stand were alcoholic. Lines were not only long, but also a mess, because the tents were too close to one another. With the temperature and sun, surviving the outdoor festival proved to be a challenge.
— In the end, the bags were not checked at all. Had I wanted to carry a switchblade or other dangerous items into the festival area or the stadium, nobody would notice a thing.
— There was no previous information about wristbands being distributed: who needs to get them, where to do it and what purpose do they serve. Asking the staff proved itself pointless, as they were not consistent in their answers.
— Little to no staff spoke even basic English, which is unimaginable for a festival that brags about attracting visitors from almost two hundred countries.
— There were no organized lines for entering the stadium, nobody really knowing where they were supposed to wait. As everyone, quite logically, wanted to enter as soon as possible, a huge crowd gathered in front of the entrance and there was no way for the ambulances and medical help to pass.
— While we were waiting in the packed crowd, the staff started throwing several cardboard boxes (around 0,5l) into the crowd, with no regards for safety.
— The tickets were not thoroughly checked; although scanned individually upon entering the outside festival, later the staff just glanced at the logo and let people pass right into the stadium.
— The concert was suddenly delayed and a 2 hour long pre-show was added. Sweet, but it was not what we paid and prepared for. By the time the actual performances started, many people have already fainted due to the heat and dehydration.
— One of the only positive elements was one security guard in front of the standing area, who, on his own initiative from what I know, started giving out free water as far into the crowd as possible because more and more people fainted.
— Because of the show being suddenly delayed, it ended much later than anyone expected and there was a lot of trouble with making it on time for trains and buses.
— On Sunday the show was once again delayed last-minute, our bags and tickets were not thoroughly checked. Literally anyone could enter the FOS area like their own backyard, no matter what ticket they had.
— There was once again a pre-show, this time significantly shorter. But while the dance crew was doing their best to keep the waiting people entertained, their random dance game was abruptly ended and they were called off the stage, only for around an half an hour dead silence to happen.
— Although it happened the day before, on Sunday the artists did not appear at the end to wave and say goodbye. The moment the last performer has finished, we heard a short announcement which I remembered as: “The show has ended, goodbye”.
— During both days of the show, there were translations for some parts of what the artists were saying in a form of subtitles on the screens. They were quite often mistimed.
— The sound quality was not too good and it was difficult to hear what the people on the stage were saying.
All in all, the organization part could not have been any worse. This event could easily have ended with multiple deaths and it is mostly thanks to the participants and some staff helping one another that we somehow survived. I strongly advice against attending future kpop flex events. I would not trust these people to pick their own noses, let alone organize a k-pop festival for thousands of people.
The artists, however, delivered amazing performances and they all did their best with the time they were given. If you ever have an opportunity to attend their shows, by all means do so.

I can only agree with everyone else here.
We went for both days because we wanted to see MX mostly. After getting Tickets it was fine until for whatever reason MX got postponed to a second day that was never really planned thouroughly.
After this announcement we did not even have one day to decide whether or not we want to go to Sunday because the presales started a day later at 10AM without proper announcement of the rest of the lineup. We paid the same (spoiler: we didn't get the same for that day).

Saturday: everything was overcrowded. We read we could bring 500ml of water but weren't allowed to go in with them so we exed them somehow and threw the bottles away. We couldn't get water on the festival because the line never seemed to move and the sun was burning on my head so we gave up, after telling my friend we will probably get something inside later easier as it will be 5 hours of show.
We didn't enjoy the festival for long because it was hot, us without water and we hadn't eaten a thing since breakfast. So we wanted to go in but the crowd was confused, as were we, we got stuck for more than an hour between thousands of people with no way forth or back. some sketchy dude stood inside the venue behind metal bars selling drinks, advertised as 5,50€ (it was written on his box he was carrying). But when we got 500ml of coke it costed 7,50€. We later found out it was the cup price. The guy also didn't know anything about the venue and told us he had never been there before and even asked us if BTS was playing because there were so many people and they were the only ones he knew.

When we managed to get inside, successfully not being squeezed to death, we had seating tickets. No one checked a thing. We could've walked into the standing area for all I know.
Bags were never checked and the size didn't matter either. Then the pre-show started of 2 hours, thanks to flex for stealing even more artist time. They did great and they were happy. I liked them, they did their bestest but it is not what we paid for.
The sound quality was horrific. We couldn't understand a single word that was spoken and I couldn't enjoy the music because I didn't understand it so I was rather grumpy instead of hyped.
The getting back situation was also a mess. So many people were going in all kinds of directions. We got lost for 15 minutes, then found the way and got stuck for another hour and a half waiting for the S-Bahn, while our 2 friends got lost despite being right behind us, that's how crowded it was there. From past 11pm it took us till like 3am to get back to our hotel.
I believe we saw about 5-10 fainted people getting carried out of the standing and FOS area that day. Not gonna mention the rest outside. It's surprising no one died.

Sunday:
a disaster. The festival was less crowded though, so we got drinks this time rather easily. Bags were checked but not very thouroughly.
We went inside after enjoying a little bit of what we missed the day before.
Going inside we had seats a bit more in front but there were speakers in front of the big screen so I was annoyed right from the get go. The sound was a little better there but still not great.
The preshow started 1pm only one group performed and after that it was silence. the artists were supposed to start at 4pm so thats even more preshow than saturday. we were all hoping the artists could perform longer due to ONEUS not being able to attend but guess what. they suddenly announced the show would start 3pm and many missed out on mamamoo because they were the first that day.
The introductions were skipped and every group was rushed off stage rather quickly. What was advertised as Show from 13:00 - 18:40 was effectively 2 hours or less of actual artist content.
They did Monsta X dirty the most because while we were rather far away they only showed fans and not the artists. We felt like we hadn't really seen the group we actually came for. While their performance was great and the whole crowd was so happy to see them and moved along it was just sad and disappointing we couldn't get much out of it.The venue was half-empty too because it was a sunday and people had to work on monday. some had no money to buy a second day either.
now the organizer denies all accusations and lies about what was going on.
Let me tell you, do NOT pay for the stream if you are a Monbebe because I know for sure they will also not add much of Day 2 to it and especially not MX because of the lack of good camerawork. We saw it. I have it recorded.
All I wanted was to see them and what I got was so little that I still feel empty inside and scammed. I want to sue them.

I attended the Sunday of this event and I will never attend again.

I couldn’t get onto terrain because ticket scanners were down. Which can happen of course, but staff did not explain what was happening but just yelled at us in German. When finally on the terrain it was 28 degrees but I had to pay 14€ for 2 cups of water. I was denied entrance into the actual stadium through the entrance that the map said was the general standing tickets entrance. Staff again did not or barely speak English. Was sent to 3 other entrances before someone finally directed us to the correct one. Every time we asked staff/security for help of info they look annoyed and answered like they were mad and we were stupid. Left everyone feeling bad and excitement for being there died down rather fast. Inside a pre-show started, which was not announced at the time of buying tickets, and it was just a dance crew (who did really well) and then over an hour or silence. Not even music was playing. The entire show was then pushed an hour forward of which they only gave notice 20 minutes before the start. Meaning lots of people had not arrived or where not inside the stadium yet. Resulting in lots of people missing the artists they specifically came for. All the girl groups were giving significantly less performance time than the boy groups. There was not general ending or closing, just a voice over the speaker announcing it was over. Overal the show was about 2 hours long while we were promised and they had advertised 5 hours of music. The sound quality inside was also horrendous which combined with the, as expected, loud screams and cheers from the crowd meant that my ears hurt terribly after just and hour. I’ve never experienced that before. All together it was a huge disappointment.

I would like to state that the artists themselves were amazing and if you have the opportunity to see any of them headline their own show, you absolutely should. Kpop Flex however? Give them not even a single € ever again.

I can’t add much else to the reviews other people already wrote. We went to both days and were shocked by the lack of organization. They didn’t even control our bags for both days. There were so few people on Sunday that we were allowed into the FOS area with our normal standing tickets. The artists were great but everything else was a catastrophe

Its a scam. Advertising one day concert with Monsta X as only announced artist in dec 2021 ,then adding one day and moving MX to that day.
They advertise 5 hours concert each day, which is shortened to 3 and 2hours….giving the artists 20min each.
The sound quality was terrible,couldnt hear Monsta x and most artists. Planning was a chaos, i got in without a ticket or bag check the first day. People were fainting in the heat outside and during the concert and some of them got no help .

I arrived in Frankfurt on Friday at around 6pm. I checked into my hotel which was only 2 minutes away from the stadium and until then everything was fine. When i heard about the ongoing fan numbering and that there were already many people i started to feel a little stressed and went to the EE gate to get my number. I luckily made many friends who helped me a lot but what happened after still haunts me. We camped there with the security approving that the fan numbering counts so we all had a great time together and didn’t have to worry about losing our place or anything. The organisators of the fan numbering (fans attending the festival themselves) were nice and had everything under control. On Saturday morning at around 6am they told us to start standing in line with our numbers. Everything was fine until one security guard said at 8am that the fan numbering doesn’t count anymore. Almost 300 people started to run to the gates until finally another security guard approved the numbering again and we were able to enter at 10am.
Days before the concert we got 2 different size measurements about the bags we could bring in and everyone was stressing about it because we weren’t sure which was the correct one (Kpop Flex and Deutsche Bank Park said two different things). At the end they didn’t even control the bags correctly which made a lot of people feel very unsafe knowing something bad could’ve happened. Not forgetting to mention that because of the poor bag control some people had even bigger water bottles than allowed (not a bad thing of course because it was hot) but standing people got water taken away while seatings had big bottles.
We EE were able to decide between 3 sections and got our numbers depending on where we wanted to stand. (Keep in mind that this numbering was the OFFICIAL one announced from Kpop Flex!) This made us feel better in the beginning because we knew we could “enjoy“ the festival a little. I don‘t wanna dig deeper into the pricing problem because other people already mentioned it but lets just say that paying 7€ for less than 500ml of water (2€ for the cup which you could get back when you brought the cup back) was just too much. Also not even being able to pay with card while they said before it was possible. Same thing for the big lines of people waiting for water. It was a mess! At around 1-2 before the concert Kpop Flex posted on Instagram the Line-Up of the concert. We were promised to get a 5h concert (6pm-11pm) but instead got a 2h pre show (6pm-8pm) which was the exact same things that happened at the Korea Festival BEFORE and 3h the of concert with each group/idol performing about 15-25 minutes. Thinking about the really long flight they had behind them i feel bad that they didn’t have more time to perform.
Now to the point that still gives me shivers just thinking about it. EE people with blue AND pink bands (FOS 2 - right side of the stage) were lining up. We had 2 lines of always 2 people standing beside each other with another 2 behind them and so on. It took us over an hour to finally get in a line because we were literally BEGGING the security to do the numbering but they just kept screaming and laughing at us. At around 3.20pm, 10 minutes before our entrance, we realized that the security was keeping us away from about 200 other EE FOS 2 people. When we saw at 3.30pm that they were letting those people in and we weren’t allowed to go there we started running towards the entrance and it was a BIG mess. People were pushing like crazy, falling down, screaming and getting panic attacks. They didn’t control the tickets at all so people with only blue bands (NORMAL FOS!) were in the middle of EE people and even people with yellow bands (either FOS 1 or FOS 3 i’m not sure right now) were there. At least they only let 3 people in at the same time but we were screamed and laughed at again for literally running for trying to get our benefit of EE. When we were in the stadium FOS 1 and FOS 3 were already inside and FOS 2 was almost full.
Now that I see they already planned something for next year and even something for London I‘m literally just shocked by the fact how they only care about the money instead of working out all the things that went REALLY wrong. They pretend EE is sold out and many seatings are sold while we all know they just keep them until they announce the Line-Up. The prices are inane and they’re doing the same mistakes as this year so please take everything to heart we are telling you because I personally wanna see my favs again next year but not with this poor quality of organisation.

Please read the comments below your tweets. People are pissed at your organization and not addressing the problem Will lead your festival to simply being cancelled. Please at least pretend to make efforts, W. T. F.

I watched the Saturday show. The actual concert itself was great, however, they had advertised that it started at 18.00 and ended at 23.00. Turned out the first two hours was an unannounced pre-show that had nothing to do with the artists and was basically the same as the festival outside. The overall organisation was abysmal. They ran out of water in 25 degree weather, and there was no way for people to rehydrate, as the ques were endless. Advertised free water, which people actually had to pay for.

Getting away from the stadium was a nightmare. 2 hours after the show people were sitting on the streets kilometres away from the stadium because of the chaos. Security did nothing to help keep the ques, and were too busy flirting.

Do not go in 2023. While the idols did great, the sound was so bad that we could barely hear them sing.

This is not a critique of the artists that performed, they all did amazing. But as a kpop festival? It fell extremely short.

Performances of artists where amazing, but organization could have been better actually.
First of all staff could't help me with finding right entrances for standing area. I asked probably 8 staff workers and nobody knew where it is, so i was just walking behind huge crowd hoping it's the queue to right entrance. On saturday i went through the entrance 2 near fields, so on sunday when was the time to go inside the stadion i was waiting near this gate. After half an hour of standing there and waiting for letting people enter, i went to the staff member and asked why are they not opening this entrance and they told me that it is wrong entrance, here can go only people with seating places and the entrance for standing area tickets are somewhere else, told me something about entrance 3 (? idk on map it was vip entrance) but could't tell more and didn't know where it is exactly (again, i was entering that one gate on saturday and nobody know why it was closed on sunday). Why there was no information on social media or somewhere about that changes in entrances.
Also the fact that concert started at 3 pm instead of 4 pm and we were informed about it the same day at 2 pm 30 is absurd and only on instagram stories. Some people couldn't get on time for the show because of that reschedule.
And it would be nice to inform people that there would be some preshow much earlier than it happened. Everyone was really confused.
Despite of the chaos with organization, all performances and korea festival were incredible and i enjoyed them very much. I hope the chaos is because it was first time preparing that festival and organizators will learn on their mistakes for the next time.

First of all: the organization for literally every single thing imaginable was so bad that I can't even put it into words. No correct info whatsoever, they literally lied to people about the length of the show, the tickets and things like handing out free water which they definitely didn't do because people were fainting left and right. Show times were switched last minute and instead of the promised and advertised 5 hour long kpop concert it was only half of that. The festival part literally consisted of standing in queues for water and food so you won't faint because no one was allowed off the festival once they entered and you couldn't bring your own things. The only good thing I can say about this sorry excuse of a festival is the artists who flew for 14 hours to Germany and then back for the same time just to sing 3/4 of their songs. The amount of time given for each artist was frankly ridiculous. Don't get tickets for next year, even if they announce a line up even that isn't guaranteed since they also moved monsta x from Saturday to Sunday even though most people bought the tickets because of them. so don't waste your money on those ridiculously expensive tickets and save yourself of that horrible experience.

I had early entry FOS for both days. They said camping in front of the venue wasn’t allowed but people did it anyway and I didn’t want to be far from the stage after spending so much money on tickets, travel etc so I was like okay let’s camp out. Security allowed camping + a fan numbering and was cooperative. Once we entered and got our official numbered wristbands however they decided that they didn’t want to follow the numbers so when the gates opened everyone(even ppl without early entry) started rushing into the venue, people were pushing, running into each other, there was no way to get out of the crowd. Security did nothing. When we entered people kept pushing so much that I was literally getting SQUISHED, security did NOTHING. I had to leave after the 2-3 performance bc the crowd was unbearable. The second day I decided to arrive an hour before gates opened for early entry but when I went to the venue the staff said we had to line up after everyone who had normal FOS because early entry was supposed to arrive earlier which makes NO sense because early entry is for entering the VENUE first, not the FESTIVAL. Anyways we got inside and no one had any information on where to go to lineup, which wristbands to get etc the security was CLUELESS. The concert started an hour earlier than announced. The “preshow” was only one performance unlike the 3-4 performances we got the 1st day. The concert itself was supposed to last 5 hours both days, yet in the end it was about 2.5 hours with each artist performing about 3 songs instead of the advertised 30 minute sets. On the 1st day at the end of the concerts all of the artists came on stage to say goodbye, they didn’t do that on day 2 so we waited for nothing. They advertised free water and yet security were saying that you can only get free water if you REALLY need it like if you’re about to pass out and if that isn’t the case they’d stop handing out water? A 500ml cup of water was €7…The lines for food and water were so long it was nearly impossible to get sth while also having to queue for the concert. Security wasn’t checking the tickets correctly so I saw people getting wristbands that didn’t correspond to their tickets. People who didn’t have FOS somehow ended up in the pit with us, so it was really easy to fake having FOS and early entry. Early entry was also a scam bc in the end people with normal FOS ended up in front of me on both days. There’s definitely more things that went wrong but that’s most of what I can remember now. Overall TERRIBLE and a complete waste of money.

I was there on Sunday, so we already knew a few things to expect that other fans wrote regarding Saturday.

The Korea Festival itself seemed fun, but we didn't spend a long time there because it was quite crowded and not enough places to hide from the sun. The tents could've been a bit more spread out so that the lines weren't so smashed together and people still could pass through easily.

We went to enter the venue then after searching for where our entry was because we didn't see any labels.

And then we sat there.... Waiting... For hours.. They showed videos from a campain, repeated some speech thing "welcome to kpop.flex..." during these so that you couldn't enjoy the music of the videos even. After silence a dance group performed for maybe 15? minutes, they were good, started to hype up the crowd. During their performance I already noticed that I barely can hear the actual music, only feel and hear the bass, but hoped it might get better during the artist's performances (spoiler: it didn't). The dance group finished and some woman came up seeming like an MC and me and my friends thought she'd welcome us and announce a plan or whatever was expecting us until the actual show starts. The dance group came back to have a random dance game with the crowd, which was fun, but it stopped very suddenly (at least for me) and the group rushed off stage. We then expected that the next act would start but nothing happened. For over 30 minutes. Without an announcement or at least some music to keep the anticipation up.
20 minutes before the show started they started to play MVs of the artists, but not even of all artists who are coming. (my poor dreamcatcher girls where left out for example)
At the same time it was also announced for the first time on the Festival's social medias, that the show would start in 20 mins (aka 3pm). No schedule or similar for the performances.

The show started and the artists did amazing, only the sound system was disappointing. Maybe it was my place but even wen fans didn't scream as loud or the artists where talking/singing I couldn't hear much from it. As I mentioned earlier, I only heard and felt bass, so I sometimes had to guess the song by that.

It was a bummer that the artists got only around 20 mins each. It seemed too short when they flew half a day just to be here. Furthermore we were promised 5 hours show, which in the end we got a bit more than 2 hours of.

I was surprised to see subtitles on the screen but it was hard to read due to it being white font color, when the camera showed the crowd wide view or similar. The translation was not so on point, too slow or too fast. So in short it was messy.

My seating place was in block 20A, it was quite okay, far away from the stage and screens. The lack of standing audience right in front of me dulled my experience a bit because I saw a lot of free ground in front of me and it felt like there weren't many people (which wasn't the case since I could hear the fans better than the music).

All in all it was disappointing. Luckily I went by car with friends so I only had to spend 100€ on the ticket, and nothing more for travel and accommodation.

even though i am extremely excited whenever any organizers bring kpop acts to europe, this time the unreliable scheduling with last minute timetable announcements and unsafe conditions for the visitors made the experience very difficult. all of the performing artists did amazing and i am still happy i got to see them live. but if kpopflex 2023 happens i hope the organizers learn from their mistakes, even though i would not attend again and save my money for when my favorite artists are touring with different organizers.

The whole experience was bad… The only star is for the performances but even the artists deserved better…

C'était le pire festival de ma vie !

L'organisation était désastreuse, on avait campé pour avoir des bonnes places mais au dernier moment on nous informe que nous n'étions pas à la bonne entrée (parce qu'ils ne l'avaient pas dit avant bien sûr) on a dû courir à l'autre bout (en ayant 20 minutes de sommeil à mon actif et des ampoules aussi grosses que leur audace), j'ai perdu mes amis avec qui je voulais voir le concert.

Parlons du festival en lui-même ; c'était tout simplement horrible, l'eau à 7 euros 50 le verre (pour que je hurle un coup?) sous une chaleur insupportable, la bouffe était chère, il y avait énormément de malaises et bien sûr pour couronner le tout aucun médecin, staff ou autres personnes participants à l'évent ne parlaient anglais, c'était NUL(et encore je reste polie pas comme vous).

il devait y avoir 5 heures de show mais finalement que 3??? Tout ça pour un pré-show qui consistait à 2 heures de pub sur la Corée et de danse qu'on avait déjà eu la "chance" de voir pendant le festival.

EVITEZ LE KPOP FLEX

Worst organization ever.
I was there, May 14th, and feel very dissapointed.
On a very hot day (about 25 C) with no clouds in the sky, standing multiple hours for a cup of water for 7,50 €? Only to find out later that day through an Instagram story (with very bad internet connection) that there were refill stations, somewhere?
We have just eaten breakfast and wanted to try some Korean Streedfood there, but if id waited in the line we would have probably missed the concert..
From the promised 5h concert 1,5 h were filled with music videos (not of all performing artists), advertistment for busan, two dance groups and a hanbok show. I would have enjoyed them but i was so dissapointed because we paid for the performance of the groups, not for them. Since there was no information what the Preshow even was, i still cannot really find the one dance performance i enjoyed. If someone is asking if they didnt indroduced themselves: yes they did. Multiple times. But the sound quality was so bad, i didnt understand it even once. After the short "preshow" we sat there and just waited for the groups to perform (no MVs or at least music was playing). At 8 pm the performaces were finally about to start but insted prerecorded videos of the idols were playing on the screens telling us that the performances were about to start. At 8:10pm it actually began. The sound quality was still bad i got a headache after a while. The camera work was the worst ive ever seen. Highlights of the performace were shown delayed or were skipped, subtitles when the idols were hosting, wouldnt be shown for a while and if they spoke in english or german no one could understand a word bc again of the sound quality.
Overall the 2h and a half hours of performances, were interrupted every once in a while with prerecored videos of the idols teaching us their dance and tellig us some random fun facts, just like the ones which you can watch on youtube but with far better sound quality.
In conclusion: the actual performances were great and i somehow got to enjoy them but this day will not be a happy memory in my head. Kpop flex was a scam.

The only good thing Saturday were the idols. I am very disappointed by the way kpop flex handled everything. The staff was rude and didn’t know anything. Everything was really confusing and they changed things last minute. I didn’t get what I payed for (5hours of performance) and the audio was bad. I hope they speak up about this and don’t stay quiet like they have done and are still doing. Do better.
