Scam bestelling voor mijn dochter haar bday gedaan nooit poppen ontvangen. Geld weggesleten

Nul sterren was beter geweest…
In juni iets besteld, meerdere keren proberen contact te krijgen, maar geen gehoor.
Bestel hier niet, want dit is geld weggeven….

Dit is een scam site. Ziet er professioneel uit maar naar je geld kan je fluiten. Hier begin augustus een cadeau besteld maar de bestelling nooit verzonden. Klantenservice is onbereikbaar en reageert niet.

Ik heb hier een bestelling gedaan, maar ik heb het pakket nooit ontvangen. Ik heb ook nooit een bevestiging gekregen dat de bestelling verzonden was. Ik heb al meerdere keren geprobeerd hierover contact op te nemen met de klantenservice, maar die is niet te bereiken.

31-1-2023 bestelling geplaatst, en betaald.
6-2 2023 mail gehad dat het overhandigd was aan PostNL, tot op de dag van vandaag staat er in de PostNL app dat het 7-2 2023 geleverd zou worden.
PostNL gecontact en die hebben nooit iets gehad.
Contact proberen te leggen met Kpopfanshop, 06 nummer niet in gebruik, vaste nummer niet bereikbaar 2 keer een rare voicemail.
Chat verstuurd naar Instagram, geen reactie, mail gestuurd naar klantenservice maar nooit een reactie op gehad
Dus we zijn voor ons gevoel opgelicht
Waardeloos gewoon crimineel.

Bought BT21 pajamas based on the HuntxBT21 picture posted. I received the item 2.5 weeks later (same state delivery!) and it's a knock off. I tried asking for a refund based on fact that what I received is not what was advertised -- label, character depiction, buttons, material are different. They ignored me after asking for photos. Don't buy unless you're okay with a cheap knockoff at a higher price. Buy elsewhere.

Sent me completely different order after long delay and they don't reply on my email.

Ordered 2 items in mid november - one week processing time and then nothing.
Contacted customer service - gave me a fake tracking number to a carrier in US - I live in Norway.
Complained - no response.
I guess my daughter will not get the gift she hopes for this christmas.
Fraud - avoid - you will lose money

ordered 3 months ago. first of all gave me a non existent tracking number which, from reading other reviews here, they’ve done before. i emailed them about this about a month ago, about the tracking link and long wait, they blamed the wait on covid 19 (covid doesn’t delay packages for months) and gave me a new tracking number/link. when i clicked this link it said my order had been delivered 20 days ago (it hadn’t) and said the destination was CANADA. i’m in the uk. so clearly they gave me a fake tracking number. very disappointed since i spent hard earned money here, if i don’t receive my package soon i will definitely try get them to sort their stuff out. extremely unprofessional and i am starting to believe they are a scam, however people have said they received their package eventually so i’m hoping.

I have never received my order, nor can I get a refund. Customer service sends automatic message with zero information. Can’t get an answer over 3 months! My worst online shopping experience ever!!! Avoid at all costs! Take a closer look at their website. They totally look like a fishy scam. Wish I was more careful before spending 100$! The worst!

I ordered 5 items in one order and received one order number, however the items were dispatched separately, which was difficult to track. 3 of them I received quickly with no problems. 2 others had wrong tracking numbers: one was cancelled, the other was not found. Finally (after about 2 months I received the cancelled one. The last one never reached me.
They kept asking me for patience and promising the item will arrive and they'd let me know when it's in my country...
Customer service there is courteous and responds usually on the following day, unless there is a problem...
After 4 months I asked for a refund. They said they'd forward it to they "higher team" and nothing happened for 2 weeks, so I had to chargeback them.
They immediately returned money, but for another item! (obviously a cheaper one!...) I notified them of this, but no reply... (and no money)
The items which I received were of a worse quality than it was portrayed in their adverts, (i.e. cheap materials, smaller size), which makes them actually expensive.
Best to AVOID!

I’m a first time buyer from this shop that will never be a customer for them ever again. When I order my packages one of them had a fake tracking number so every time I tried to look for it, it was never found. I emailed them about a correct one and they responded really quickly that same day and said that they would look into for me. So a little over a week goes by, they still haven’t emailed me so I emailed them for an update for their response to be “the records shows that your order has been delivered,” they were telling me if haven’t gotten it check my postal. This mad me kinda mad because if I never emailed them they weren’t gonna tell me? The package was obviously not delivered yet and knew it wasn’t at my postal office but I checked anyway and the postal confirmed they didn’t get anything either so I email them back again saying that either of us received it. I found that part funny because since the tracking number was fake how could they confirm it was delivered? Two days go by with no response so I email them through their site email instead of the customer service one and a day later they said they did an investigation and the item was canceled by the shipping company for “unknown reason” which was something completely different than what they told me before. They asked me if I wanted a resend or a refund definitely choose refund ‘cause I was tried of dealing with them, just for them to email me four days later with a updated tracking number, the only thing I asked for from the very beginning. My package did come and but it was late and the material was awful. The picture on the front was horribly done and the thread was already come out so I’m scared to wash it. Emailed them to return it three weeks ago and they never responded. This was a waste of me time and my money and I won’t shop here again. However I will say that my other things did come on time.

Bought a stray kids lighstick and it did take a while but they kept in contact with me everytime i had a query!!
It came in perfect condition and packaged well, would definitely order again and recommend to anyone!! 👍😊
