This is the WORST automated payment system I have ever experienced. Took me 3 calls just to make a payment. I was trying to make a payment for a relative that is in the hospital. Peggy, the AI attendant is very hard of hearing and could not understand simple responses like YES & NO. The whole process was so undcredibly frustrating.
Really bad company no support ezpay is a joke
If I could give zero stars I would have used service for three years as of June 18th 2026 will no longer process my payment with same master card contacted kubra an they can't tell me why contacted cps energy they can't say why contacted card issuer they say it is kubra who has issues so went to Walmart and found out Walmart takes my payment for less than kubra my opinion is kubra is trash company an will never make a dime off me or my family and friends straight up garbage of a company
Kubra offers zero customer service to individuals. They were happy to take my credit card information but refuse to issue me a receipt. They give you a confirmation number at the end of the transaction, but that number can't actually be used for anything. It leads nowhere. When I asked why they bother to issue it, I got no reply. (They do everything via live chat, no telephone support.) I explained I needed a receipt because the payment was for a rental property for which I'm the bookkeeper. Nope. No help at all. I have disputed the charge and paid by check.
Tried to make payment through AES energy. Staff is extremely rude. They read the account number so fast a genius can't verify the number matches your account. Each time you ask to repeat number they speak it faster. Then they hang up the phone.
Absolutely TERRIBLE business in every way imaginable. Please help get these useless worthless morons out of business. The laundry list of how poor this business and their communication is, is hard to even believe
Routinely unable to pay any bill through them. Recology in my area requires I use them and I can not pay a damn thing to anybody. Just what are my options if services that use Kubra actually want to get paid?
