Left a message on the website asking for advice on what to purchase and got a very quick response within the hour. Katie, the founder, gave me recommendations and even offered to put in another toy for free which was so so sweet of her. Absolutely lovely service and always love supporting a lesbian owned company. The toys have been very enjoyable. Thank you so much for your help at Labeless❤️❤️

Great customer service
Great customer service. One of my products was faulty so they not only shipped me a new one asap but also gave me another toy free of charge and a discount code for my next purchase! Delivery was very quick. I'm happy I went to a queer small business instead of a mainstream shop.
