Lady M is honestly a pleasure in every way. Their cakes are absolutely fantastic — creative, beautifully made, and consistently delicious. You can really tell how much care and innovation goes into what they do.
Their customer service is just as great. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice to work with. It never feels transactional — the staff actually cares, and that really comes through.
The website is clean, easy to use, and looks great — exactly what you’d expect from the brand. They’re thoughtful, organized, and detail-oriented, and it shows in the final experience.
Highly recommend Lady M — both for the cakes and the people behind them.

A fuir ! Acheté une robe qui semblait magnifique sur pinterest. En réalité, un modèle en polyester qui n'est pas du tout ressemblant.
Ai envoyé différents mails en demandant une adresse pour le retour mais pas reçu d'adresse. De plus, les frais de retour sont à charge de l'acheteur.
Après coup, je me suis rendue compte que le même article est en vente sur Temu et sur Amazon à un prix nettement inférieur (mais probablement aussi moche que celui de LadyM). donc PLUS JAMAIS JE NE COMMANDERAI chez ces arnaqueurs !

Er ging van alles mis! Ze zijn zeer attent bij het binnen halen van klanten, krijgt een aardige mail wanneer je besteld hebt, bij vragen krijg je eigenlijk geen antwoord op je vragen maar standaard en daar heb je helemaal niks aan! En daarna geven ze geen gehoor meer! ik heb een broekrok besteld, zou van katoen zijn met een elastische tailleband! De stof waaruit de broekrok bestaat is polyester en de elastische tailleband is alleen van voren! Heb diverse keren gemaild naar klanten service, je krijgt binnen 24 uur bericht zeggen ze, ik krijg al dagen niks, nada geen reactie! Voor mij zijn het oplichters die veel beloven en niets doen bij klachten! Sterker nog je wordt dood gezwegen! Zo teleurgesteld...ik zeg niet kopen bij Lady M Shop!!!!!

Hele goede klantenservice! Werd snel geholpen met mijn vragen, daarna besteld. Binnen 12 werkdagen binnen, en hele goeie kwaliteit!

Lady M sells very expensive crepe cakes by mail. I decided to splurge and ordered one for a special birthday based on their description which said there was “pastry cream” between each layer. Pastry cream is a custard cream and a favorite of my husband’s.

However, when I received the cake, the so called “pastry cream” between the layers turned out to be run of the mill sweetened whipped cream. This is NOT pastry cream!! We never would have ordered it if it had been honestly described. This cake cost over $100 including shipping and we threw it out after eating only 1 slice.

I contacted the company to question this and they blew me off with a glib answer and showed no concern whatsoever with our disappointment. I didn’t even ask for a thing — just to talk to them about their faulty description. They didn’t care at all and that felt much worse than getting a cake we didn’t like.
