Very disappointed. The item is nowhere near the correct size and completely unusable. The website claims to be Canadian, but the address is false and the phone number doesn’t work.

They advertise “easy returns,” but that’s not true—returns must be shipped to China at your own cost. This is clearly a dropshipping operation pretending to be local. I would not recommend this company.

This site is 100% a scam. I'd recommend avoiding it at all costs. I ordered a jacket that looked nothing like the photos - it was missing all of the details that should have been present (e.g. slightly different colour, different pattern, missing the leather interior pockets, no adjustable belt loops around the waist and wrists, no loop at the neck to hang the jacket, etc). The material was also extremely poor quality - both the faux leather and sherpa were incredibly thin. I'm fairly certain they steal product photos and either dropship their items, or create poor imitations themselves. The best part is that the return shipping to China is just as much as the jacket (about $100), which forces you to keep the item. I was able to get a 25% refund to keep the item - basically, paying $75 for a jacket that looks like it cost less than $10. I've reported them in a few different places. Instagram didn't believe my claim that they're selling counterfeit goods. Never shop at Lakeside Label.

Ordered a shirt for my husband and the size is far too small, despite going up a size as a precaution. It's got a generic label, that's been cut and doesn't even display the size. The shirt had sort of a smell or offgasing and is very cheaply made. The description says it is a soft polyester knit, but this is rough and scratchy and terrible. Reached out to their service team and while a return can be completed it has to be shipped to CHINA, despite it being shipped to me from Mississauga. They will only offer a 25% discount even though the shirt isn't as describe nor does it fit their sizing guide. I've requested to have my concern escalated multiple times but am being ignored.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They sent me the wrong item(after so many delays), and now they are asking me to pay the shipping charges to send it back to China. It is just a dropshipping company with really bad service. Basically, the company is a fraud.

The custom shipping labels were high quality and arrived on time. Great experience overall.

Ordered a bomber and recieved a completely different one and when I went back on the website, the one I ordered had vanished. Lakeside Label then made me pay to ship it back to CHINA for a full refund or alternatively they offered to refund me 10% (😆) to keep it. They eventually were willing to refund me 25% and keep it.

I ended up shipping it back and they refused to pay for shipping which is a complete joke. This business/website is trash, stay away!

It was very easy for me to navigate through the website and find items that I loved and the delivery was quicker than I thought. Super happy!

This was my perfect choice after a while. Delivery took a bit more time but other things were fine.

Bought a jacket from this company when it arrived it smelt like rotten fish and the tag had been cut out of the inside. They offered for me to pay to ship it back or a 10% discount which is unacceptable.

The item received is not what was pictured. A real scam. The shirt is very cheap and no etiquette to figure the materials.

These guys are TERRIBLE! They say they're a Canadian business but it is pretty clear that the merchandise comes from China. The sent me the wrong shirt and would not pay for the return shipping. Even though it was no fault o f my own, they would only refund me 10%. In other words, they have stolen from me. None of this was my fault. they sent me the wrong item then I had to pay for it. I can provide pictures and proof of correspondence. The merchandise was also of very poor quality. Avoid this business at all costs!

Yeah, deliver service is really fine. The quality of the products are good enough and I'm ok with it.

Items are cheap and not what is pictured.
It costs more to return the item for a full refund than the item itself costs. Total scam do not purchase anything from this company.

Don't advertise as a Canadian company if you are not and do not say that you sell leather boots when they are actually dollar store quality. Let people know that if they want to return the parcel it has to be shipped on their dime to mainland China. People avoid this place at any cost. If I could have rated them at a minus i would have.
