Don’t expect much if you pay the nearly £10 for the top tier postage. Took nearly a week to even dispatch and now waited over a week and the package is somewhere in Europe coming from China. The customer support is useless, I asked for the order to be cancelled since they advertised it online for valentines but it wasn’t even shipped by that time. They then took days to answer and by then it had been shipped. Their only responses to my emails have been links to the tracking info. Clearly just a Chinese dropshipping company since their email translations to Chinese stay on their reply’s. Hopefully will be able to chargeback

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolute scam, they will take your money & never actually send the product. They will not reply to any communications I have sent them either.

Absolutely awful company. I placed an order at the end of November thinking my gift would arrive in time for Christmas. Wrong. Additionally NO shipping information provided when you click tracking. I tried to chat with them, that feature isn’t a functioning. Plus they don’t answer emails! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!

They sent me a broken Mirror and I had to keep going back and forth with them so they said that they would send me a new one and I never received it

I ordered on 10/31/2023. I added extra money to have it send out to me ASAP!!! I received one email to say that they have received my purchase / paid but nothing about when it would be delivered and no update!! What l ordered was a surprise for my Husband...so l really hope and pray to receive my order. I hate to hear of others having a bad experience and they deserve better. I hope you guys read your reviews and improve your business with your customers!! Because anything short of good business with your customers is mistreating your customers and it's not fair! Answer your emails and phone.. respond, respond, respond!!!!

Terrible customer service. Printed incorrectly with stain on and no one will help. Was advised it’s still wearable so I have to keep it. Disgusting

I ordered off this website at the start of September, it is now the end of October and still have not received order. Have tried several times to contact them (email, Instagram etc.) but never got a response. Disappointed as the order was not cheap.

Whilst the embroidery is excellent, the sizing is way off. I am normally a M/L so thought I would order the XL to be on the safe side. It only just fits and is too fitted that I won't be wearing it!. No refunds on personalised items so I am stuck with it!

Ordered one for my husband and he can only just get over his head.

Shame as the pictures of the lovely larger type sweatshirts and hoodies on the models, with lovely long sleeves is not what we got.
