AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Having been a LandTech customer for several years, I was extremely disappointed with the way my recent cancellation was handled. Despite requesting to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, the company refused to process it and later threatened legal action.

The customer service experience has been appalling, and it genuinely feels as though LandTech are trying to force customers to remain tied in - especially as their software is now being outpaced by competitors.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A SCAM

Poor communication and set up, overcharge us then offer us cheaper terms at renewal. The guy that emailed us about renewing our contract was sacked or left the day he emailed us about our renewal. The system is ok, but they are ripping off clients compared to similar products with competitors. They even cancelled our account during our paid for subscription period. They did reinstate it after me moaning about it saying it was a human error, which in my interpretation was they turned the acount off as we told them we might not renew. We are currently looking at other providers.

BEWARE - APPROACH WITH CAUTION
Having tried for a trial period I cancelled the subscrIption - I was NOT sent any notification to say that the trial period had ended. I have just spotted that this has come out of my account as LANDTECH not Land Insight and therefore was missed. Be Very Careful indeed - Deeply Underhand.

Very very pleased with the software and customer service. Ashley Halsey has been great for my business partner and I setting up and holding our hand through learning all of the features. Feeling confident that it was a good move to progress quickly in our company of land acquisition. Highly recommend, especially Ashley if you get the chance.

Useful software but horrible customer care. I had used their software for more than a year. Due to their poor customer service, I cancelled subscription in March 2022 only to realize that they had deducted another payment without taking authorization from me in June 2022. After about a month of following up with them, I am yet to receive full refund.

A brilliantly clever and easy to use software, and the support from Cameron and Ashley during the trial has been great.

Powerful tool. We are a small developer in the south of England that are total technophobe. Ashley Halsey showed us how to use LandInsight. He was very patient and even helped us pick a laptop to run the software on.

From the moment I made contact with Land Tech/ Ashley Halsey, Ashley has been helping me with my account and has been extremely helpful with me, showing me the patience and hand holding I needed for new ways at finding new opportunities within the Land Insight software.

I have also referred a few of my business associates and collegues who have also had similar feedback. The software overall is fantastic and offers a great ROI, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone within the property industry!

'As the saying goes, it's a no brainer!' and in my opinion, it's well worth the money but time and effort is also required.....!

LandTech system is excellent. It 'flows' and conjoins all desired information in one location. In my opinion it is far more fluid and easy to use than other systems offering similar output.

Very straightforward operating format, with excellent background support and customer service.

Admittedly i have not tried any of the other Land Sourcing software available on the market so i cannot compare or comment on those! All i can say is there may be no need to try them as Land Tech offers everything you could possible need under one easy to use umbrella. On top of that, there is constant support, webinars and email follow ups ( possibly too many email follow ups! ) and new layers being added constantly to make this the one stop shop for land sourcing. Add to that a handy little app ( it could use some updating though ) and it is by far the best package i have come across.

Would like to see traffic information for local areas added in. Maybe this is something we already do?

Incredibly useful and time saving software!
