L & M Carpet One Floor & Home Opiniones

I used these in my flat before and they just left big lump under the carpet because they couldn't be arsed to scrap the floor for a second.
Moved into a 3 bed house and they came and did it all throughout. Ended up putting me 2 different vinyls down when I requested 1 and left me with a cut of just incase I needed it well today I did need it and guess what it doesn't even f**king match. Carpets aren't tight and never were all the grips on the stairs can be felt and they stab your toes and it's the same all the way threw the house.
Won't use them and and I'll never recommend them to anyone. They just want the job done so they can get paid no pride in there work at all. I work on site and believe me you wouldn't of been paid for all this. Clearly just a company that's capable of doing people's houses and even then it's a shabby half hearted job.
Won't let me use the date you came but it was around 20th of May last year but cause I'm pee'd of by the non matching vinyl I'll leave my review now🫡

Loving my new floors. Thanks to L & M for the wonderful service. They were really responsive and reassuring. The installation did not take very long as well. They offer nothing but great quality products and service.

What an awesome experience we had with L&M Carpet One Flooring. From the moment we walked in, Misty was super friendly and helped us every step of the way in our flooring remodel project and we absolutely LOVE our floors and totally recommend using L&M!!! They show they care about their customers and their installers did a FANTASTIC job on our floors! Highly recommend them if you’re looking to have new floors put in!!!

Absolutely love our floors! L and M Carpet One replaced our entire first floor hardwoods and did an excellent job. Very professional, clean, diligent work. Extremely please with the company from start to finish. They explained everything to us, assisted us in picking out the best floor for our space, was on time and worked hard to get the job done as explained to us. I would absolutely recommend L and M Carpet One for your hardwood floors.

Great products, sales staff, and professional installers. I’m very pleased with my new floors!

We love our new flooring. Laurel has been great. She was extremely helpful in helping us decide on the flooring and explained everything well. The installation was efficient and the work was high quality. This is the second time dealing with L&M and Laurel as we previously purchased quality carpet. We truly appreciate the service and the fine products!

Kelly was a GREAT help throughout the entire process!! It took us quite a while to finally pick out the right solid hardwood oak flooring for most of our home. The installers told us it would take 2 days to complete, but they finished in just one day! I would highly recommend Kelly for your flooring needs at L & M Carpet One store in Mechanicsville. Thank, Bob J.

An excellent company with excellent customer service.

The entire process was smooth and hassle free. Great customer service and excellent installation.

Angie is phenomenal! Very responsive, professional and friendly!! She went out of her way to get us what we wanted to install.

The owner even came out personally and measured the area we wanted done. Small things matter!

Highly recommend!!

a very professional and yet personable first meeting with Laurel got everything started on a positive note. especially after the frustation we endured at other flooring companys. kathy and i will gladly recommend L & M carpet One to anyone needing a friendly & professional flooring establishment. thanks Randy

Sales and installation of carpet and wood floors were good however the Company charges to put down a moisture barrier in a small area was extremely high.

Up front on cost and time involved. Very good craftsmanship with quality products that produced a completed job that exceeded expectations. I would recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

The flooring quality is amazing for all three types we chose - luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and wood. The installation was completed exactly as scheduled. The installers took extra care and all the trim work/walls were left in excellent condition. I was really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. I would choose L&M again knowing they're an end-to-end full service company.

Excellent product, friendly, professional staff. Smooth process, timely....everything about our 2 purchase experiences with L and M was great!
