First, I just cannot believe that there are actually slightly more negative one star reviews than positive five star reviews! Weird. And, there are only nine reviews before mine here! Very strange, as I have had SEVERAL totally perfect purchases so far in 2026. Several transactions that all went very smoothly with fast deliveries! Although the prices are high - for me - probably not for you, I decided to try the tinted sunscreen in both blurry and dewy finishes, and three different shades, too, until I found my 100% perfect shade. All three shades were wearable, but "On Silk" was the absolute best - ironically, the first one I tried! I am 76 and have used many, many different sunscreens over the decades to avoid wrinkles and brown spots. I use it faithfully 365/24 in any kind of bad weather, as per my dermatologist. I must say - this stuff is terrific! I look great, in my humble opinion. So, I am spending a bit more than formerly, BUT the results are even better. I think the secret is: so many shades/tints - subtle differences, and the lightness of the products. It does not look like I am wearing a mask. You cannot go wrong buying from this honorable, reliable, trustworthy, professional company. Both their sunscreen lines (dewy and blurry!) rock and rule!!! Go for it!! But you must use it ALL the time to save your skin from the wicked sun!

Comincio col dire che adoro i prodotti LM e che di solito li acquisto su siti che conosco e reputo affidabili. Questa volta ho sbagliato pensando di ordinare direttamente dal loro sito. Dopo più di 10 giorni sono qui ad attendere notizie sul mio ordine. Mi è stata inviata un’email che conferma la spedizione ma senza alcun link per tracciarla. Ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat ma mi rispondono sempre gli assistenti virtuali che ribadiscono che il pacco è in viaggio e che posso controllare l’andamento attraverso il link di tracciamento (inesistente). All’ennesimo contatto mi dicono che ci sono problemi con l’ordine e che devono controllare cosa è successo. Sono passati altri due giorni e ancora niente. Ho speso quasi 200 euro e mi sento presa in giro. Servizio clienti ridicolo. Tempi di attesa biblici. Che delusione enorme. Aspetterò qualche altro giorno e poi procederò alla richiesta di annullamento ordine con conseguente rimborso.

Want to know my color for foundation, so I provided my email. Result of it never arrived but I received plenty of unnecessary commercials. If I had known my color, i’d proceed to buying but what the hell are the influx of commercials without the result email? So dishonest, I’d proceed to block your email and everyone beware

For many years one of my favourite products was Laura Mercier’s Pure Canvas Primer. New under-the-radar changes seem to have been made to its formulation. Its consistency is now more ‘watery’ and, most importantly, the pearly illuminating particles are gone, ruining what had been a terrific product. The tube is also now significantly smaller. The previous glow and pearly shimmer it brought to the skin is now completely absent, making the purchase a complete waste.

Great colour shades - very complimentary to different skin tones and textures. I love the blushes and mascaras. Great customer service, too!

I have just discovered your Caviar Hydra-Creme lipstick. I purchased Palais Royal first. I love the pop of colour. I also love that it is so creamy and stays on a lot longer than many expensive lipsticks I have tried. I loved it so much that I went out and purchased St Germain too.

I'm such a blab that I've told all my friends about your sumptuous lipstick. I hope they get some too.

Placed order, it arrived with one item missing, said processing. Contacted customer service who said I had been sent an email to say it was out of stock and that I needed to check my spam folder....... Already done that and obv no email......trying to blame technology! Wasn't charged for item but no email to say it was out of stock and still said processing on my account. First and my last order with them.

I ordered three items on 3rd September, they were due to be delivered latest 9th September. Didn't appear. I contacted the company and they said the order hadn't been processed. They opened another order. Two weeks on still not arrived, not even 'on the way'. It's a shame because the products are great, but I'll never order from this website again.
