We’ve recently completed a number of remortgages using Blacks Solicitors as part of a lender’s panel, and the service has been excellent throughout.

The team have been efficient, responsive and easy to deal with, keeping everything moving smoothly and communicating well at each stage of the process. For what can sometimes be a slow and complicated process, they made the process straightforward and professional.

This was a joint instruction as part of a re-mortgage. In my experience the service in such a scenario is generally not good as the mortgage company is the de-factor customer but absolutely not the case here. Very clear and timely communication and the one time I had to call for a clarification, the solicitor dealing with my case was off the desk, but another solicitor dealt with my query on the call. I would definitely recommend Blacks Solicitors based on my experience and will instruct them in the future.
