No one bothered to explain that when client's apply to finance their legal fees, if they are approved, they are asked to pay a large down payment. If they had that large down payment to make, they'd just pay it toward their legal fees. We do love the automatic scheduling option for recurring payments.

My experience with LawPay has been exceptional. It was easy to join. Payments through debit and credit cards have been processed promptly. My CSR person Bobby Bookout answered all of my questions.

We just started using Law Paw recently. It has been great so far! As soon as the payment is made, we receive an email notification which is essential. Everything working well so far.

LawPay (usually) picks up the phone on the second or third ring, which we really appreciate. It's refreshing to be able to speak with a real, live competent human being instead of an automated system / answering machine.

Thus far, I am very pleased with LawPay. I have had no significant problems learning to use it, and on those occasions when I needed support, I was very pleased with that experience, particularly the fact that when I called the support line number, it was immediately answered by a support staff representative who, on each such occasion, quickly responded to my question or quickly assisted me with resolution of the issue I called about, in marked contrast to the typical situation in which a person calling a support line has to work their way through a voicemail system, or wait on hold for a lengthy period of time.

I Love LawPay
I love LawPay and have already recommended it to many skeptical colleagues. I also feel so strongly about the company, that I would love to work for them since it is a top-notch company! I do not know what took me so long to get it! I do, however, wish that the app could perform all functions that the website does. I, also, cannot wait until ClientCare launches. Oh, and the free CLE is awesome!

We love LawPay's system
We love LawPay's system! We switched from Chase about a year ago and could not be more happy. Our account manager, Matt, was great and walked us through everything; not there is much to learn because it is a very easy system to use. I really like that clients have an option of paying with a bank account instead of a credit card ($2.00 fee instead of a percentage) and being able to send a payment link to clients instead of having to call them to process their payment. You can also have deposits made to the trust account or checking account with a simple click. You can access information in an instant with this system too. Finding a client's payment is super easy now. We would definitely recommend lawpay to any law office that want's to process credit cards but doesn't want to overpay and needs a simple system that makes their life easier.

Dependable merchant services!
The merchant platform is very good. They have excellent customer service and, most importantly, they have the backs of their clients. My advice to LawPay is to get out of the arbitration business and just function as a pay portal. Otherwise, a good, solid merchant services.

In a recent trend of waning customer service quality, LawPay goes out of its way to support client customers, incentivize and fix problems to keep clients happy. That's my observation so far in 2-mo timeframe - Thanks!

We should have done this a long time ago. It was so easy to set up. And continues to be so easy to use. The clients seem more comfortable having more control of their information and we certainly love the seamless aspect with the integration to our accounting system.
