Produit non reçu et aucunes réponses aux emails. ARNAQUE

Commande et paiement effectue en mai 2016,accusé reception de la commande avec délai d envoi,jusque la ca va,mais depuis aucunes reponses au mail que j ai envoye pour verifier ou cela en etait,
Tout porte a conclure que c est frauduleux!
Decevant , innaceptable,fraude etc.....

Don't buy I bought four and got ripped off

Ordered this laybean in April 2016. October 2016 and still no product received, not answering emails. Putting a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs to ensure others don't fall for this. This is just unacceptable and will be seeking the return of the money I paid for goods not received.

Ordered a bag for my wife's birthday. Got it over a month later. When she finally tried it leaked!!
Tried now to enter their wab page to find out how to get a new one. It did not work.
Reading the other reviews I assume these guys "took the money and run".

I will never buy and pre-pay anything if the company havn't existed for several years and have a solid financial base. I look at this as learning money.

Do not buy from them!!
Not that it is possible anymore I guess.

These guys at MOSEL APS in Odense, are very good at taking your money.
I never received my order and had to make a complaint through my bank to get my money back.
They have more companies out there, so watch out!!!

Jag har valt att polisanmäla köpet som bedrägeri då jag fortfarande efter 2 månader inte fått produkterna eller pengar tillbaka.
De har slutat svara på mail och hemsidan går inte att gå in på längre.
Jag kan leva med att pengarna är borta - dyra läropengar men ändå. Polisanmäler och hoppas fler gör det så att denna typ av bedrägeri med tiden blir svårare att utföra.
Aldrig mer betala innan varan levereras.

J'ai commander l'article le 2 juillet, deux jour plus tard j'ai reçu un courriel disant qu'ils avaient bien reçu ma commande et que serait traité sous peu. Le 20 juillet je leur ai envoyé un courriel afin de savoir où en etait ma commande, j'ai eu reponse qu'ils avait de la difficulté avec leur "warehouse" au Canada. Ils s'excusaient de la situation et tout serait régler dans les prochain jour. Depuis. Je leur ai envoyer 3-4 courriels et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part.
Il me semble que plusieurs on eu le même problème que moi, il se sont fait avoir...

I have been waiting for more then 4 months still nothing.
Same response each time you ask when you'll get your product... (out of stock delivery problems bla bla bla) Don't buy here!!!!
Place a complaint at you creditcard company!!

I ordred and paid for my Laybeany in May 2016. It is now August and not only have I not received it but they won't reply to my emails. I'm not convinced I'll ever receive the product or a refund.

Ce sont effectivement des fraudeurs - n'achetez rien sur ce site !!!!!! 182 USD ont été prélevés de ma carte de crédit et je n'ai jamais reçu la marchandise. Aucune réponse à mes e-mails, aucun autre moyen de les contacter !!!!!!!!! Grosse fraude !!!!

Paid $55 in May, emailed the company several times asking where my order was and was told that it was about to ship. Now they've stopped replying to my emails.

About to get onto the credit card company to see if they can refund the money and investigate them.

Sent many emails but never received the product!
These are internet criminals and should be put in jail.

Een gekocht, bericht dat er problemen waren met distributie. Vervolgens geen reactie meer op emails. Jammer, geld weg.

Don't order anything here. We did receive our two laybeany's, but they did't fill with air at all. We have sent them back and they confirmd they received them, but we never received our money back.
Bestel hier niets. Wij kregen onze laybeany's maar deze konden absoluut niet gevuld worden met lucht. We hebben ze teruggestuurd en bevestiging gekregen dat ze ontvangen waren. Ons geld hebben we echter nooit terug gezien.
Ne commendez rien chez eux. Les leybeany's ne peuvent pas être remplis d'air. On a renvoyé les sacs, mais on n'a jamais reçu notre argent de retour !
