Proactive, good service
The monocular I bought was good. The delivery went amiss (the delivery company's fault, not LCE'S) but they proactively reached out to me and organised another delivery. Great service.

ordered a second hand lens I'd seen the weekend before, arrived quickly in good condition. Bit of a problem with the security code - something I'd not come across before but eventually found it on your email. It held up the DPD delivery man for which I apologised.
