Having ordered a piece of used equipment, the branch had difficulty locating it. Communication was very prompt and very apologetic and a refund was immediately issued. However, when the same item was subsequently located a short time after, I was contacted and asked if I'd still be interested in it, with the sale price held. The item was packaged and sent the same day, arriving with me the following day.
Customer service metrics should include how things are managed when they go wrong and I can't fault this branch who took ownership and responsibility and instead of hiding behind a problem, maintained dialogue that resulted in a very satisfied customer. Great job.

Bought a second hand camera , found which branch it was at, talked to a really helpful young man in Derby, who got the camera out and checked it and answered questions whilst we talked on the phone.
