Always great service when I buy online from LCE. This is my 5th purchase and I have been happy with them all. Accurate descriptions, sometimes better than described. Prompt delivery with good communication. Thank you very much.

I rarely escape my office in the week but to listen to one of the Red Arrows team explaining his job was too good to miss...and it proved to be an excellent afternoon! Great venue and very apt, Bomber Command, Lincoln. I'd not been before but will return for a proper visit.
Having signed in, i collected a cuppa and took my seat...there was mention of a spitfire flypast & sure enough just before the talk was due people made their way out to get in place to see & hear one of the most iconic planes treat us to several passes over and around the Bomber Command venue.
We all took our places once more and Cpl Phil Dye, took us on a trip through his career and what it takes to do surely one of the most sought after jobs in the RAF. The photos and videos were amazing but just as interesting was the background, the thought & the execution.
I drove back to work buzzing and have talked about the seminar on and off over the past few days.

Good communications with Jamie at store. Camera was as described and in excellent condition. It was shipped via DPD and delivered on time and was well protected. Price was competitive and cheaper that many sellers on Ebay. Would use again.

Was great hear about Phil's role, his experiences and those pictures! just, WOW! His hints and tips for great pictures were priceless. I had such an enjoyable time yesterday at the Behind The Lens seminar hosted by LCE ay the International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln. Phil Dye the Red Arrow Photographer gave a very interesting presentation with great photos and video footage. I found the LCE staff very helpful and friendly and would recommend another event without hesitation.

A very well organised event by LCE Lincoln, and a lovely little touch to offer everyone that attended a Canon R5ii pin badge! This will be taking price of place on my camera bag.

The behind the lens talk at the International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln by Phil Dye, the Red Arrows photographer was fantastic. How he manages the fantastic photographs he showed us is a testament to his skill and passion for what he does. Really well organized by London Cameras. My wife was with me and is a huge Arrows fan. To top it all we had a Red Arrows fly past above the Command Centre spire. Great day.

Yesterday’s event at the International Bomber Command Centre with Corporal Phil Dye RAFAT was an absolutely fantastic insight into the life and role of a member of the RAF photographer and his time with the Red Arrows. I felt privileged to have found out about the event and secured a ticket.

An enjoyable and informative presentation showing what the RAF Visual Communication team do as part of their work with the Aerobatic Team. Topped off with the Red Arrows Flypast of the International Bomber Command Centre.

Fantastic service from placing the order to receiving it the next day, good communication, well packaged, a used item but looks in excellent cared for condition, Although I have not had the opportunity to use the lens yet, but I am confident it will be fit for purpose given the LCE warranty.
On my experience I have no hesitation in recommending them, as I would certainly use again.

After the initial disappointment that the lens I had ordered was out of stock, Jamie at the Lincoln branch went above and beyond in his actions to source another one. His interventions ensured that I had my name on one of only three coming into the country in the next consignment, for that I will be forever grateful.

Purchasing new photography equipment is supposed to be an exciting experience, but unfortunately, my recent purchase from LCE was anything but. I bought a printer on August 5th and immediately ran into issues.

After paying and scheduling the shipment, I was told the item was on backorder, even though it was listed as available. I had to wait over a week, and the store didn't contact me with updates as promised. When the printer finally arrived, the box was torn and had clearly been opened before. When I called to explain that the item didn't appear new and I was worried about placing it in my home, the response was rude and arrogant, including a comment that maybe my home was too small.

After 2-3 days with unpleasant phone calls, they eventually agreed to a return. It took another 2 days for them to collect the printer and an additional 2-3 days to receive a replacement. Ultimately, I paid for the item on August 5th and didn't receive an acceptable product until September 3rd.

Throughout the entire process, LCE took no responsibility for the issues, nor did they offer any compensation for the month-long delay and constant frustration. The customer service was consistently unhelpful and unpleasant. This was, without a doubt, the worst buying experience I've had in the UK, and I will not be purchasing from LCE again.

Had been to look at the Fujifilm X-T50 locally but unfortunately out of stock, got home and did a bit of googling and found LCE had one left, ordered it (Sunday evening) Monday morning had emails saying order passed firstly to their Chester branch then Lincoln to fulfill the order,started to wonder if it was a stock error but got a dispatch email later on the Monday, Tuesday my shiny new camera arrived! Couldn't be happier, excellent updates on the status of my order, fast delivery. Highly recommend using LCE.

Item damaged in transit, returned and refunded straight away with no hassle , but would highly recommend as the camera was as expected other than the transit damage (shame )

Both lenses description were exactly as described. Arrived well packed and in good condition, the day after ordering. Had the opportunity to test the 20mm, the 45 will be tested soon.

Recommend. Delivery was swift and item exactly as described on the web site. Not had cause for customer service but I feel confident (from other reviewers) that I will get good service. Will use this company again in the future - if the price is right! LOL
