The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. I had a query which was responded to promptly. The camera is as described.

Great prices, honestly described with new products put straight on the web for me to browse and to top it all fast delivery.

I now go into LCE as it is now where i make my photographic purchases, I will not use online shopping for such expensive items that my knowledge is poor. The team in Gloucester know my needs they are really good at that. I needed a replacement lens as i managed to wreck the original, how i don't know. That came from Worcester after a phone call, item was sourced by Gloucester.
All very good, the lens came extremely well packed and survived the crushing it got courtesy of DPD, i took a photograph on my phone.

My order was for three items. I was unaware the order had been split. Two items were directed to your Portsmouth store to supply and they arrived in two days. Excellent service.
When I phoned to check where the third item was, I first heard about the order being split, the remaining item was supposed to be supplied from your Worcester store. When I contacted LCE Worcester, they checked their records and they had not received any notification of my order, but could see that it was on LCE's ordering system. They then did everything they could to get the item to me expediently as possible. Special thanks to Russell and all staff at Worcester.
