Voluntary liquidation in September 2023. Still not completed and now they're chasing us for £81,000. That we haven't had. Steer clear, they're supposed to be working for you. We have now got to get a solicitor to handle this. Crooks

Ridiculous company. STAY AWAY!!

Two years on from starting this case, and no sign of conclusion.

They rarely respond to emails and when they do, they fob you off.

If you want a firm to liquidate your company in a timely and efficient manner DO NOT USE LEADING!!!

After a poor start not fully understanding the procedures. Leading and its staff proved to be a very responsive company to deal with.

In early October 2024, I decided to search online for how to close my Ltd company after 22 years in business. For many years it was doing very well, but after Brexit and then Covid, it started falling deeper and deeper into debt.

After filling out a form, I received a phone call from Daria, also Polish, who encouraged me—after a long conversation—to take this step, because there’s no point in struggling any longer. She told me I wasn’t alone; many businesses were going through the same thing.

It took me about another month to really think it through, but I finally made the decision. I began the process in November. It’s now coming to an end—although it could have gone faster, I was hit by depression. But now, I’m starting a new life, free from financial burdens that I would never have been able to overcome. Nearly £200,000 in debt...

There’s a lot of paperwork to go through, but Daria provides guidance with everything. I’ve now regained peace of mind, I’m coming out of depression, and I feel free.

I truly recommend taking this step—and getting in touch with Daria—to anyone in a similar situation.

my 'Liquidation' is now over 18 months. not including the goal post change by the company of 'when' they decide the liquidation starts. AVOID. Bad communicators, bad at their jobs, very bad for business. I am so surprised any company can work like this. when you are used to an industry that delivers high quality work in a speedy and professional manner. It seems extraordinary that Leading survive as a company.

The people who were really helpful, in particular Daria Parol-Robson who is a ⭐️. Without her I wouldn’t know what to do. Thank you Daria!!!

Initial engagement was good but faltered part way through. Has now resumed but not completed yet.

What a total shambles, by far the worst communication and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Very misleading and full of empty promises, they do not have your best interest at heart, you have been warned, would rate Zero stars if i could, huge dissapointment.

This is a disgustingly behaved company. Was told they would look after us employee's through the liquidation process and they have not at all. In fact I received a nasty email from them telling me they will no longer reply to any correspondence from any employee's leaving us all in the dark in what is already a difficult time

Rapid service, great communications, excellent advice problem solving. all deadlines met. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Efficiency. Helpful supportive

I was finding it very difficult to obtain good advice on how to progress with my company. After 20 years of trading, one unpalatable option I was considering was a CVL. I reached out to Leading for advice.

I spoke with Claire Pitt one of Leading's Business Managers. Brilliant and exactly what I needed. Claire was responsive, personable, supportive, professional, very knowledgeable and (most importantly) she wasn't scared to tell me what I needed to know - even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear! In some respects brutal but good advice and what I needed to be told - if that makes sense.

The outcome of this early, responsive, open and professional advice from Leading is that it has prevented me from taking my company into liquidation which would not have been the right option for me.

Very poor and spasmodic communication It’s already a stressful process. This was made worse by continually being passed from one person to another. There were long gaps between communication and a lack of understanding of the difficult circumstances of the company directors.
