I placed an order on Friday 8th August. After tracking package which only showed a dispatch date of 11th with 48hr delivery so contacted Laura on 14th August. Asked to wait until 15th to see if turned up before contacting again.
Contacted twice on 15th advising items had not been received. I have received no response to request for a refund.
Buyer beware as you may never receive your order and may need to contact credit card company to retrieve a refund.

It fits OK just right on smallest as it can go only thing no grab handle is harder for me but I like it thank you

A bit rubbish. Took order for items at the beginning of the week. Cancelled and refunded payment at the end of the week. No communication, no apology for wasting time.

Please get your stock levels and website more up to date…I’m guessing this was the problem but would be nice to have heard from you!!

My order was shipped very quickly by Laura. I ordered two ruffwear car harness's and a back seat cover. The car harness unfortunately squashed the fur to much om my show cocker when it was fitted so had to be returned, however I would not hesitate in recommending the harnesses you could see the quality in them. I returned the order and Laura did not hesitate in refunding. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Fantastic service from Laura at Leadingdog. I purchased two Fjord waterproof coats for my Labradors; one of which didn’t fit quite right. Laura promptly shipped the correct size and dealt with the refund for the returned items without any delay. Great and effective communication. Would definitely recommend.

Laura was very helpful and patient. My dog is long and low so there was a bit of trial and error getting a coat to fit and she helped by measuring the coats herself to help me decide.
