Very efficient communication
Very efficient communication. Very helpful removal men who were polite and cheerful. Would definitely use them again for both storage and removals.

The team Lewis, Tracey and finally the driver Steve did everything to assist and made me feel good and everything was running according to the schedule Lewis had laid out. Also the German agent one needs today was so helpful. Thank you once again. If I ever need a removal company I will chose Britannia Leatherbarrows again!

Removals done over 2 days
Removals done over 2 days, owing to distance of travel from previous home to new home. Both sets of Removal Teams were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Disassembled & reassembled furniture (some a bit tricky) with care. I certainly recommend this Removal Company & definitely would book them again if needed. Many Thanks guys!

Would not use again
The men damaged paint on cupboard door at bottom of stairs in three places. One the men stank of cigarette smoke had to ventilate every room that he had been in.
Delivery in France went OK but builder complained of missing electric tools.
They were not the cheapest by any means.

We were surprised and saddened to receive a one star review from you. However after listening and developing this further with you, we understand that there were also some personal circumstances adding to it being a stressful move for you. We are working with you regarding the unfortunate damage to the cupboard, but refute any claims of missing tools. Our crew are all DBS checked and have had a long service with us. I hope you can enjoy your fresh start in France

Friendly, caring and professional service on the moving out and moving in days.
Easy to schedule and all information was timely and very clear. Original property survey was done online to suit.
Would recommend and definitely use services again in the future. Thank you all involved in a very successful move.

Excellent service from the start - for a complicated move!
Excellent service from the start. Came up with a cost effective plan for removals, short term storage and re-delivery.
The latter was complicated as the lane we now live on will only take the width of a van, so the team had to park up the lorry a few miles away, unload into a van, drive to us, reverse up the lane then unload. This was repeated 10 times over 2 days!
All done with no complaints and great service with a smile. Helped by the local shop selling amazing pies and pasties I reckon!
Anyway, fully recommend them if you're moving.

Great service on a very short notice
Great service on a very short notice. We had a bit of an issues with solicitors and signing off the sale but Britannia supported us all the way being on stand by for a last minute call for removal and storing and delivery with our relocation to Wales being absolutely amazing the two guys who delivered worked tirelessly and not stop over the short time period they were given, absolutely hats off to those two. Thank you to all the team for your support on a very stressful move.

Both Alan and Ady arrived on time, were polite, courteous and overall ensured that the move went smoothly.
Nothing left behind, everything packed up carefully with no breakages.
In addition your men picked up the used boxes very early in the morning a week after again with no problems.
All in all I would use again.

Great team on both days of our move
Great team on both days of our move, super polite, friendly and helpful and very responsive team in the office for booking and sorting out our move. Unavoidable traffic delays held up the team on day 2, but Rob kept us up to date all the way through. Thanks so much for a great experience at a stressful time - would definitely recommend this team.

Both Guys were AMAZING!!!…They…
Both Guys were AMAZING!!!…They were friendly, efficient and packed everthing so carefully. We had NO BREAKAGES of any of our belongings. They labelled all the boxes and were so easy to find our things. I have no regrets at choosing Britannia as our removals company.
The communication on the completion day was Brilliant, they called us to update us and arrived just after we got to our new house. I would recommend Britannia to anybody who has to move home as it made us all feel as everything was under control.
