My latest order was supposed to be delivered by DPD. I suddenly received a notification that the parcel had been delivered, even though I was at home and nobody rang the doorbell. I also checked with my neighbours, but they had not received the parcel either.

I contacted both DPD and Leatherhouse immediately. DPD told me they could not investigate the issue themselves and that Leatherhouse, as the sender, would need to start an investigation. I had already specifically asked Leatherhouse to do so in my email.

Unfortunately, Leatherhouse has not responded at all. I have received no acknowledgement of my message, nor any indication that they are looking into the missing parcel.

Problems with delivery can happen, and I do not blame Leatherhouse for the parcel going missing. What disappoints me is the complete lack of response when something goes wrong.

Because of this experience, despite having been satisfied with a previous order, I have decided I will not be ordering from Leatherhouse again.

Update 6-10-26: Unfortunately my emails are still being ignored by Leatherhouse. Parcel is still missing.

Update 10-10-26: Leatherhouse still ignores all emails and doesn't solve or even acknowledge the issue. Worst customer service I have experienced to date.

I am extremely disappointed with Leather House. I never received my order, and after countless emails and a huge waste of my time, they still failed to resolve the issue properly. To make matters worse, I was not refunded the full amount I was owed.

Their customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Most of my emails were ignored, and when I did receive a response, it did not lead to any meaningful solution. As a customer, I expected accountability and professionalism, but instead I was left without my order, without a proper refund, and with no satisfactory explanation.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Wrong clasp was sent. Everything smelled like mold. Shipping was 31,5 euros for small order. It wasn't even delivery to home but to parcel shop. For that amount of money this is un acceptable.

Damaged goods
I ordered a stitching pony, but it arrived damaged and wet due to poor packaging. The cardboard box was damaged and the plastic bag inside was torn.

As a result, one of the clamping screws that locks the tilt angle is broken (the wooden part), making the tool unusable.

Please advise how this issue can be resolved. I can provide photos if needed.

As a leathercraftsman throughout 25 years, I've found myself to be piggy, and hard to please, yet skindhuset (leather house)) managed to do so anyway,,, I sit with this feeling now, since I'm from Denmark but live abroad,,, was this a one-time thing, did I just accidentally struck 'gold'
My skilled knowhow in this area tells me there are more to come from this store,, I highly recommend it
