I ordered a Samsung S24+ 512GB on Saturday and received the delivery on Tuesday, but it turned out to be the 256GB model. I contacted LecWorx by email and Brad replied within 15 minutes. After a couple of quick emails, the correct 512GB phone was dispatched immediately and arrived on Thursday, along with a prepaid return label for the other phone.
The customer service was outstanding — fast, helpful, and completely hassle‑free. Both devices were in excellent condition, and I would confidently recommend LecWorx to anyone looking for a refurbished phone that genuinely feels “like new”.

I purchased a Galaxy watch 4 from Lecworx (via Amazon) 7 months ago when it suddenly developed a fault several days ago.
I informed the Seller via Amazon who within hours got back to me giving me several options.
The Seller then returned all my sunsequent questions with answers and more options and only within minutes of me posting them... how refreshing!!!
I have to say I am extremely impressed with the sellers customer focus and it was clear to me they strive to give excellent customer satisfaction that even Samsung themselves would envy and should emulate as Best Practise!
