We have checked your order and can see that when you placed it you selected the 'build-a-box' shipping option during the checkout process. This is a service we offer to customers that allows them to curate their box over several orders for up to two months until:
A: They qualify for free shipping, or
B: They instruct us to ship the order and decide to pay the shipping charge.
This service is well advertised on our website with links both on the homepage and on the title menu that take you to a dedicated page explaining the service.
We have checked both our emails and the on-site chat function and can see that at no point in the week since you placed your order have you enquired as to its status before taking the nuclear option of leaving is a 1* review. Had you reached out we would have been happy to explain the above to you and given you the option of placing another order to hit the free shipping threshold or paying the shipping charge to have your beers dispatched immediately.

The best company to buy from
Such an amazing company! Not only are they my go to for a gift for my husband with one of the biggest selections of beers (specifically sours!) but the customer service is second to none. These guys truly look after you and the personal touch is really appreciated. Such fast and personable communication. You have a loyal customer for life and we tell all our friends where to go! I’m not one to write reviews but Left Field Beer really deserve it.

My "Go to" beer store
