Recently used this service to sort out legalities with my landlord as a tenant.
Staff such as Jack and Ana have been polite, professional, and highly cooperative, especially during times when I needed help as a client.

The application portal may be a bit confusing to newer/inexperienced applicants. Make sure to have a lot of your information digitised and organised properly if you want to avoid any delays with this service.

I met some obsticals when filling in the application for my tenancy reference check. Lorraine was the agent assisting my issues, she's very nice and helpful during the process. Got my concern fixed.

Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Billy, who dealt with me exceptionally over the phone. The phone call was very smooth and he made everything understanding. Thanks.

Immediately sent spam promotional marketing email. Forced to use this site just to get onto a tenancy, that's already annoying but the spam they send has no opt out, and the profile you so conveniently create with them has no notification settings/preferences.
EDIT: No option was presented to me about marketing choices, nor is there a preference link in your emails as I stated. Id definitely appreciate a direct email address so I can resolve the mistake you've made with my referencing too! Don't choose this company if you can avoid them, diabolical at every turn it seems.

What made my experience great was the fact that firstly response times for getting help are fairly fast and the team does do their best to work around specific needs/requirements. Today billy helped me to understand the process of everything and he was very informative he didn’t miss any information he was very patient when I had questions and I felt like I left that call satisfied with the information I received being able to understand it fully and he assured me that any further questions I could call back and either him or one of he’s colleges would be right there to explain, help, and also deal with any issues the best way possible. Thank you again to the customer services team and especially to billy who sorted out my matter very well.

Billy called at the right time - that’s all I can say. I was overwhelmed with a number of tasks I know I had to complete before this house move and he explained clearly and thoroughly what insurance cover I may need and how I can save costs by switching broadband provider etc. He really did go above and beyond by being patient, explaining things clearly and offering transparency. All whilst not applying any pressure to take out insurance or go with a specific broadband package and allowed me to choose. Thank you! Asset to the team he is ⭐️
