If I could have given less than 1 for the review I would have.

Meet with a sales man by appointment at a specific time who then kept me waiting over an hour while he dealt with others 😡

Then after giving me the runaround for an hour
Then tried to low ball me by over €5000 on my trade in
He offer me €7000 when I had been offered over €12000 on my trade in by other . Which I have the trade in offers in writing.
He then tried to justify his offer by saying that the roof of my car had tracks that would have to be repaired.
My car comes with these tracks as manufacturers spec 🤫

If this is their company policy
Then stay mikes away from them

Big shout out to Seán in Service for fixing puncture for me on Christmas Eve! Everything was closed and I didn’t have a hope of making it to Kinsale for Christmas without his help ! 🙏

I have been using Lehane Motors (Toyota) on the Airport Hill for 5 years now, Firstly for service for my wife's Pius, Then we decided to change that and go for leasing and was dealing with Kevin Collins from my very first enquiry, through the taking delivery of her 201 new Corolla and again this year to move up again to a 222 CHR Sol. Your service department is second to none compared with any I have ever used (Including Jaguar in Bishopstown for my own car), they are very friendly, efficient and her cars have always come back spotless after and work or service carried out. I had initially had a conversation with Kevin a few months before the Prius was in for a service and he not only remembered me but actively recalled what we had been talking about the when we went in to look at new cars for her.. We ended up placing an order that day with him.. This April walked in not having personally set foot in the delarship since she collected her Corolla and he knew who I was, and that he had spoken to my wife when she had collected her car after its second service. Withing 30 mins we has done a deal to trade her Corolla back and order the order the CHR for delivery on the 1st of July. I have dealt with many dealerships and car sales people in my time and I can, without a shadow of a doubt recommend both Lehane Motors and Kevin, in particular as a standout example pf how to win customers and keep them into the future. I hope that he is show this my his Dealer Principle and congratulated for being such an ambassador for the dealership and Toyota. My wife would not dream of going anywhere else for her cars now... And in 2 and a half or 3 years time we will be back to bother Kevin again to trade up again.

Bought a new van from lehane motors Toyota cork city. Second time going back to then and nothing but to good to say. I have recommended them to my parents and a friend who have both bought new cars from there with a great experience as well.

I recently bought a used car from these folks. It was a great experience all around. Kevin was a wonderful sales person and so patient and helpful. Even post sale, Kevin has been available to answer questions. It was a smooth experience all around and I will go back to Lehane for any other vehicle needs I have. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
