Hmm, my decision to look into purchasing something other than renting an apartment was after using AI to look at the financial outgoings over ten years. By opting to purchase a static caravan for 12 years, over this period will save me close to £100,000. Some points of interest for anyone looking to do the same, make a list of what may to be small points, for example; ensure the bedrooms have sufficient and well positioned plug points ( my small bedroom has none ) the 'main' bedroom has one and none to accommodate bedside lighting. Morgan Was Outstanding, We had our renewal letter so I went online to renew and was shocked how cheap the quote was. I thought there was a mistake, So I called in a panic and got through to Morgan.
