What a great service
What a great service. From answering questions before purchase right through to collecting my new bike, Charlie and the team at Lancaster were brilliant. I was kept updated throughout the process.
I thoroughly recommend these guys and the company if you’re looking to buy a new bike

I keep going back
I've purchased a number of items from leasure lakes in lancaster recently and I think the staff are brilliant. So helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly and if they make a mistake they own up and rectify it immediately.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Bought a new jacket from them a few weeks ago. Unfortunately after its first wash, one of the seams came away. Rang the shop and went down, they couldn't be more helpful, took the jacket for a look, and immediately replaced with a new jacket. Can't ask for more than that. No messing or interrogation, just sorted the problem there and then. Great stuff.

Ordered replacement parts for Topeak…
Ordered replacement parts for Topeak pocket rocket pump. Were available within 2 days at their shop. Great service when collecting. Also, shop has a good range of bikes on display together with lots of parts and accessories. Well worth a visit.
