Great service and good advise that helped me decide on which bike and size was right for me. I bought a Whyte E180 S Mx for the best competitive price on internet, the bike was in stock and ready for me to collect on agreed day with the tubeless conversion to tyres as requested. Great communication and customer service, I would recommend without hesitation.

The front brake was incorrectly built and dangerous . Notified Leisure lakes and had no replete .

Excellent service from start to finish.
Ordered a Specialized Sirrus X 3.0, received a phone call within a couple of hours, bike was delivered two days later.
They will be my first choice in the future we highly recommend!

As this is my closest bike shop except for Halfords 🤮, every time I visit everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Plus I think the point system is amazing.

Bought a Kenevo sl, great price after the demo day , ordered on Sunday, picked up Friday. Talk through and prep from Alex really helpful, knowledgable and thorough. Ordered the extender cable same day. A good set of blokes always happy to help and advise.
