I got a text to let me know that my order had arrived at the Ulverston site and it was earlier than expected :)!
When I got to the shop I was greeted by a lovely chap who was really helpful :) (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) :(!

Visited Leisure Lakes Bikes in Ulverston today and had a fantastic experience. The staff provided excellent advice on child bike sizing and selecting a first geared bike, which was incredibly helpful. When I tried to purchase a new bell for my son's bike, they generously gave it to me for free. Their customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Leisure Lakes Bikes!

Staff at Ulverston LL gave us good advice when updating the wheels of an old MTB. Update completed on time. Bikes now much better.

I was looking for a bike for my 10 year
old son. I was approached by a young man called Phil who was brilliant in assisting us and managed to get the bike built for us ready to collect that day.

Had a few bits from Leisure Lakes recently and been to the Ulverston shop. Can’t praise Pat and the team there highly enough. Great to deal with and would definitely recommend.
