Avoid this company. Poor knowledge base. They offer you an 'arhitect', who isn't even an actual architect, he's just some guy they work with who is an architectural graphic designer. Then they sneak in hidden monitoring fees. So every month you're on their books, they charge you £900 even when they aren't actually doing any work. Speak to all the other planning consultants and they do not bill a monitoring fee. I've gone with a neighbouring company who are a million times better in all aspects
