Next day Delivery ???
I ordered a quantity of garden trellis online. The site stated next-day delivery via An Post Express. As Since it was a Sunday when I placed the order online, I expected delivery on Tuesday & was advised by email that it was despatched at 951am on Monday. It did not arrive until Wednesday,1st April. Unfortunately, I had booked a man to work with it on Tuesday. When I asked the An Post delivery man why it was so late, he told me it was given to him that morning and that there was only one standard delivery, no express! Lenehans should not advertise a non-existent next-day delivery or find out from An Post how exactly their orders are being handled !!

Our website states next-day delivery, in most cases. We guarantee same-day dispatch, and your order was dispatched on Monday morning as it was placed on Sunday.
We rely on An Post to deliver within the expected timeframe, and unfortunately delays can occasionally occur outside of our control. We have also forwarded your feedback to our account manager in An Post for review.
