To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding a product I have used for many years.

Last week, my wife purchased the Lenor Mega Pack (129 washes), marketed as providing a long-lasting “shower fresh” scent. Unfortunately, our experience with this product has been extremely disappointing.

Despite following the recommended usage instructions and trying different quantities, the expected fragrance was entirely absent. The product simply did not deliver the advertised “freshness that lasts all day,” which is a key selling point.

Given Lenor’s established reputation as a trusted and widely recognised brand, this level of performance is both unexpected and unacceptable. As long-standing users, we feel let down by the noticeable decline in quality.

I trust this email will be taken seriously and used as feedback to review the product’s performance. I would also appreciate your response on how you intend to address this issue. Attached is a picture of the product.

Und plötzlich gab's das gelbe Lenor nicht mehr..wurde damals vom Markt genommen..
Mit Nachbarin darüber gesprochen die mir sagte: Sie habe noch nie Lenor gekauft und trotzdem eine gut riechende Wäsche..das war echt ein guter Tipp, denn ab diesem Zeitpunkt ( seit 2 Jahren)haben wir kein Lenor mehr gekauft.. unsere Wäsche trocknen wir im Sommer an der Luft.. Fazit, Geld über Geld gespart .. und vor allem die Umwelt geschont.

Wat een geruststelling de reclame voor wasverzachter van Lenor het zijn gelukkig zo te zien alleen buitenlanders die er last van hebben dus ik maak me geen zorgen.
Trouwens een scheutje azijn werkt beter en bespaart een hoop chemische troep en huidklachten.

Balletjes lossen slecht op in 30 graden was. Gevolg: wasgoed met stukjes niet opgeloste bolletjes. Niet erg gezond in je lingerie.

I received a sample of Lenor Unstoppables with my new Bosch washing machine and tried them on a 40 minute mixed fabric cycle. When I took the washing out it was covered in undissolved beads and many more were left in the washing machine. I have had to pick them off some garments and will need to rewash a navy hoodie and a navy jumper as a residue has been left on them. I have also had to vacuum the utility room floor, an extra task I didn't need. I wish I could give minus stars as there is nothing to recommend here.

Das Wäscheparfüm ist der reinste Müll total chemisch, war auf ner Reise mit der Bahn durch halb Deutschland unterwegs ,wurde mehrmals angesprochen was so komisch richt eine Person meinte sogar hier richtig es irgendwie nach WC.
Also genau das Gegenteil von der TV Werbung
Hatte ein sehr schreckliches Erlebnis mit Lenor ,hab dem Kundendienst das mitgeteilt ,als Antwort kommt nur zurück schade das sie das Parfüm nicht mögen.
Einmal und nie wieder!!!!

What on earth have you done to spring awakening, i have used this for years and loved the delicate smell as i am sensitive to some smells, it now smells like horrible cheap perfume and is giving me a sore throat, im very disappointed

Lenor Outdoorables chemical smell is dreadful. I had to wash the clothes again to try and get rid of the stench, and still it lingered and stank the whole house out for a week.

Lenor in wash scent booster came with a home delivery and was next to a fruit loaf. The very strong fragrance transferred to the food which was very unpleasant to taste. The packaging needs more thought.

Lenor stinkt extremst nach Chemie und das ist bestimmt nicht gesund. Widerwärtiges Produkt das sowas überhaupt auf dem Markt sein darf ist sehr verwunderlich

I recently started using Lenor fabric conditioner, and it took me a few weeks to realise that it is what's making my skin itch and prick, giving me a tickly cough and headaches. The moment I put on freshly washed clothes all the symptoms come. My skin feels like I rubbed it with chillies. The scent if nauseating. On reading about Lenor, I learnt it is full of harmful chemicals. This stuff should be banned!

Ik zou als opdrachtgever (in dít geval Lenor) mijn geld terugvragen van het reclamebureau. Wat ontzettend slecht en amateuristisch die reclames. Voor mij een reden dit product niet te kopen.

Im 56 years old and used to love lenor. It used to linger for weeks But the past few years lenor have removed the perfume slowly only to start selling scent booster excelir and lenor unstoppables. Wake up people. Don't waste your money. They've separated all the ingredients so they get more money. Have you not noticed there is no smell in the fabric softener anymore. Greed at its best like everything 😪

Lenor ist der letzte Mist, da wird geworben, spare der Umwelt zu liebe, wasche kälter!!!! Nun wenn man das macht, versaut man seine ganzen Klamotten, da sich die Potz nicht vollständig auflösen und sich dir Reste in den Klamotten befindet 😡😡. Ich habe mir somit viele meiner schönsten Teile ruiniert! Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten.

Einmal gekauft. Nie wieder. Lenor stinkt. Hat überhaupt nichts mit frischer Wäsche zu tun. Gutes Waschmittel reicht völlig aus. Ohne Lenor!

What a rip off tube half empty or half full depends how you look at it overpriced all cardboard. Will not use Lenor products again lost a customer.
