Samia at Le Royal Beauty made my whole experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with so much warmth and care honestly. She was patient, gentle, and so attentive to every little detail, making sure I was comfortable throughout my whole visit. The salon itself has such a cosy, welcoming feel.

But Samia skill and expertise really shine through in her work, but what stood out even more was her kindness, the little check-ins, the reassuring smile, the way she made me feel completely at ease.
I left feeling not just pampered, but genuinely cared for. Thank you, Samia, for such a beautiful experience I'll definitely be back, and I'll be asking for you every time. Highly, highly recommend Le Royal Beauty, and especially Samia, to anyone looking for a salon that treats you like family. 💛

I booked and paid in full, a week in advance, for a premium three-hour spa experience at Le Royal Beauty and Spa Centre as a special treat for my mother. Sadly, from the moment we arrived, it became apparent that something was seriously wrong. The manager, receptionist and massage therapist appeared to know nothing about our booking, despite it having been confirmed and paid for well in advance.
What was advertised and sold as a three-hour premium spa experience lasted less than one hour. There was no explanation, no apology and no attempt to provide the experience we had paid for.
The treatment itself was equally disappointing. The therapist appeared inattentive and made little effort to understand my mother's needs or tailor the treatment accordingly. The service felt rushed, disorganised and lacked the professionalism, care and attention to detail that anyone would reasonably expect from a premium spa.
The entire experience fell far short of the standard advertised. Rather than leaving feeling relaxed, refreshed and cared for, my mother left feeling exactly the same as when she arrived. She described the whole experience as a complete waste of both time and money.
This was not simply a disappointing treatment—it was a failure to deliver the premium experience that had been booked and paid for. We left feeling deeply let down, extremely dissatisfied and with the impression that customer care was not a priority.
I cannot recommend Le Royal Beauty and Spa Centre based on our experience.
