Les Schwab was, at one time, a great tire store with a customer service orientation. Now they are a terrible shop that ALWAYS tries to up sale. The last time I went to have my snow tires and wheels swapped for the warm season tires and wheels, I was informed that unless I bought 4 new tires, they could not change the wheels and tires. I was told the warm season tires were unsafe. I then took the vehicle to another shop where they swapped the wheels/tires. I had the tires inspected at 3 tire shops. Was told they were fine for another 10K miles. I will NEVER go back to Les Schwab!!! It's all about corporate sales and greed now days.

My steering wheel was crooked and the car pulled to the right. I took it in into Les Schwab for a front end alinement. I picked up my car and the steering was crooked and the car pulled to the right exactly as it has before I took it in for alinement. When I picked up the car , they showed me a printout of the adjustments, but it was for a 4 wheel alinement, I requested and paid for a front end alinement. I later pulled the wheels off and there were no tool marks on the tie rods. I think the charged me for an alinement, but did nothing to the car.

They fixed a flat tire for me once free of charge. I didn't forget this.
Despite going to 3 other tire shops (who didn't want to be bothered and had lines like the DMV) this company stepped up like professionals and made quick work of it.
My last set of tires was purchased from them and all my new tires will be also. Because of their great customer service , professionalism and pricing this company stands heads above other tire shops!

My family have been loyal customers for over 50 years...NOT ANYMORE! Les is dead, his heirs couldn't manage it successfully, so 'sold out' to an investment company who could care less about quality products or service. Once Les Schwab died everything fell off a cliff. I have had several problems, between brakes, tires, batteries, alignments, but most recently I needed rear brakes. Because it was urgent I mistakenly thought of Schwab. Just rear brakes, $640. I left fuming and will never go back!! I researched the specific parts prices and found Schwab marks them up 100-200% and they are cheap Chinese parts. Also, they suggest or demand certain parts need replacing when they DO NOT! They're just trying to ring the register. I have since found a local mechanic who is knowledgeable, reasonable and fair who quoted $120 for the front brakes, far from Schwab's $640. NEVER GO BACK!, they're not the same company, rather, the worst of the worst. Les Schwab, the man was a man of integrity and did right by his customers. These owners a real slime-balls.

They wouldn’t rotate tires that were purchased there, tried bullying me into buying new tires. The tires still had many miles on them. Went to another tire place to get them rotated. Can I download a picture of them?

Refused (Littleton shop) to fix flat from inside with patch which I have had done correctly by other shops in other tires in the past... instead sold me BS $600 with of new tires on Tundra First time another les Schwab (Rock Springs) shop said it was repaired...was not still leaked slowly...Don't use this company!

Went in to have a slow leak repaired on a tire. They took it in right away and then came back and said they let the air out of my tire and then checked the date of manufacture. It was 10 years old but at least 50% tread. They said they would not put air in the tire to get me home because of danger to the employee. I had to buy new tires or they would see about maybe a used tire. We have used Les Schwab prior to the sale to the new company. I will never go to them again.

Cannot overstate how horrific the corporate customer service rep will treat you if you call. I saw another reviewer state this. I was treated horrifically at a store and then the same at the corporate customer service line. That's when I realized that this is an endemic company issue, not a one-off at my local store. I'll be heading back to Discount Tires, where I've been loyal for 12 years and never had a single issue. Save your time. Avoid.

I was travelling and overnighted in Twin Falls. I ran over a nail which overnight flattened my tire. Les Schwab attended at my hotel, inflated the tire which allowed me to drive to their location. The nail came out so the service person had to remove the tire, and then float it, in order to locate the puncture. The tire was repaired and I have driven 1000 miles on it, returning to Canada. There was no charge for this incredible service. Thank you Les Schwab!

Took the Car for slow leak at 8:30 AM walked home at 11 because they still had not looked at the car.They said they would text me in about 45 mins. It might be free but the question is what is your time worth. More to the story. They charged me $20.00 to fix the flat and I said you advertise free flat fix and then they say only if its their tire. Well wish they had said that when I came in. They could of looked at the tire on the car and told me so I didn't have to waste the whole day just to pay $20.00 Never going back nor buy from them. And will tell my story to anyone thats asks. I had a flat tire at home. I stopped by Les Schwab on 168th and 99, Lynnwood. They followed me to my house, put air in tire then I went back to shop and they fixed my tire. Everyone there was wonderful! Thank you again!

Took my car there to change 2 tires and brake a couple of months ago. Took me 2 days be cause they didn't have parts. Then later, they send me a letter, said it those tires the gave me were recalled, they ask me bring back the car then they replaced it with 2 cheap Hankook tires not even side, since then you problems all the time. I come back to them a couple of time for services Flat tires. (2 of the continental tires I change it at America tires before still working good). Yesterday, Mar 15, 2023 I came again for Flat Tire services.Manager said it had a nail on it???? It took me more than 3hrs, because the technician do it on the wrong tire. It's Rear passenger tires but they do it on Driver side. After 1 night, the next day my car have the same problem even worse, I came back on the Mar 16, 2023. This time they said it s leak on the side an the tire is under warranty but they ask me to pay more 180 something to replace it????? After I left the shop my car cannot go even 20miles to Costco Tire services Center. This is horrible and unprofessional services here. I spent almost 2k for Brake and 2 tires . If I could give them a Zero I would. I brought my car in to change my brake pads and they worked on my rotors (otherwise my car was running just fine). Once I got my car back I could no longer turn my steering wheel. When I went back in they said it was already stiff when I took it and they asked if I was accusing them of tampering with my car. I just mentioned that my car was working fine except for my brake pads needing to be changed and now I could not even turn to back out of the lot. They said it was already like this when they drove it into lift yet no one told me I had this problem till after I tried to drive off and had to came back in to complain. Had my car actually turn and I was able to drive off I probably would have ended crashing later. They made me feel like a liar and brought over another employee to tell me I was wrong and this wasn't their problem. I had my dad and our mechanic friend take a look, the power steering fluid was contaminated. When refilling and turning the wheel the steering rack popped, it seemed to already be broken with just the rubber boot holding it together and that's why the power steering was bubbling when I asked Les Schwab to look at it after I complained. They said it must have been leaking from cap for a while even though I've never had a problem with my power steering till after they serviced my car. Even if it truly coincidently broke on the drive from parking spot to lift they were just going to let me drive off like this without care after servicing my car for 2 hours. I suggest you take your business elsewhere where they aren't just trying to rush your car out the door.

I got a tire set for my Chevy back in 2021. Payed off about $1,400 of the $1,800 total price of them until I rolled in and lost my truck. I then became homeless due to my injuries and not being able to work. I explained my situation to Les Schwab and they didn't give me a chance to pay on time, or make lesser payments until I got back on my feet. They took me to court shortly after and issued a warrant for my arrest for the $400 balance I owed. I did a week in Douglas County jail. I got out and paid $200 recently and they are coming back again with another lawsuit for the remaining $200. I just picked up a full time job, got a place to live and they still want to issue a warrant if I don't show up on the 28th of this month. I don't get paid until the 27th so I am safe there, barely making it but safe. I am a single father of a 6 year old and fought tooth and nail to get back on my feet and regain custody. This company is a bunch of crooks and will not work with you unless you make the on time, set payments. If you do not, they will send you to jail. I advise anyone to stay far away from this company and their affiliates! Unprecedented things happen in life and things happen, unfortunately these tires were $700-$800 overpriced and I should have thought about this before I signed the contract, that is my fault. But I do not recommend them to anyone!

BEWARE!!!!!! Twice I have gone to Les Schwab to have nails removed from my tires, and twice I have left with the tops of the nails shaved off and the nails still in the tires. I was charged $110 for an alignment that I did not need. I called corporate customer service and was treated like an absolute piece of trash. Do NOT trust this company.

We bought 4 new tires for the SUV and paid for the Road Hazzard warranty, they recommended a certain tire that was popular and would always be in stock in case all had to be replaced. So we got two flats on the same side and took them in for repair. They removed the nails and fixed the holes, but suddenly found a hole (Exactly the size and shape of a standard screw driver) in the sidewall, now they want to replace all 4 tires. They tell us that those tires are no longer available so we have to buy tires that are more than TWICE as much as the ones we financed. They won't give us credit for the ones we bought and won't increase the credit limit to cover the higher cost. We can get tires from Walmart for less than Les Schwindals original price, but we still ending up buying tires we already paid for.

I spent over $1000 for something that should have cost me ~$150 because, according to Roman (Assistant Manager), this was entirely my fault for trusting Les Schwab to do their job correctly. Instead, their incompetence caused damage they refused to pay for, and even worse, their immature and pompous attitude prevented them from learning from their mistake like any adult. Simply put, they charged me for an incomplete job, damaged my vehicle in the process and then allowed me to drive off with a cracked rim that could have cost me my life during my business trip. I recommend anyone dealing with this location document their entire experience you might need it for an attorney. Current management appears to think being shady and untrustworthy is standard business practice.

They WILL indeed damage your vehicle and not take responsibility. Ignoring the concept and process of elimination, like teenagers, they will lie with an elaborate coincidence story to try to absolve themselves of any responsibility and validate the damage. They WILL lie about the actual work done to your vehicle because any technician could miss a rusty 1.5” crack inside the rim after explicitly being told the specific wheel has an air leak... They will lie even when confronted with the photographic and technical evidence. They even resort to shadow-banning REAL reviews on Google, this practice alone speaks volumes.

Save yourself a headache, avoid Les Schwab at all costs. You can use various competitors or go to your dealer service center. At the very least, remember to document your experience, good luck.

Feel free to check with Infiniti what the maintenance schedule, per the factory service manual, for that rear speed sensor... Epstein didn't kill himself.

Branden who works for Les Schwab in Sandy, Oregon is awesome. My husband confused the Les Schwab workers when he dropped off Ford snow tires that he wanted to be put onto a Toyota Sienna. Les Schwab employee Branden was very sorry about the confusion and my having to wait. I appreciated that he wanted to make sure he didn’t put someone else’s tires on my vehicle. I appreciated Branden taking the steps to explain what was going on and why it was taking a little longer for them to do their job. He couldn’t get in touch with my husband so he took the extra time to look on the camera’s to see if it was my husband who dropped off the tires. He said, “it was our vehicle who dropped off those tires.” Even though he couldn’t reach my husband by phone Branden said, “he would test one tire to see if it fits on our Sienna” and it did. My husband finally called back and told them those Ford tires would work on the Toyota. They fixed one flat snow tire and changed the lug nuts, because they didn’t fit the Toyota properly. He smiled and was very helpful my whole visit, even though they were busy. It made the experience good. He even said if my husband dropped off the wrong tires they would squeeze me in tomorrow no matter how busy. Wow great customer service.

I went in yesterday after work to schedule an appoint to hacve new wheels put on my vehicle. I had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone came in to help me. I told that gentleman what I needed and he told me that he'd have to get a manager to schedule it. So I waited another couple of minutes and talked to someone (should have gotten their name). He took my information and told me to come back tomorrow at 4:15. So I did. However when I got there and after waiting for about another 10 minutes, I was told that they couldn't find the appointment and they "never schedule for 4:15". So I waited in line all that time for nothing.
I used to have good customer service there and always recommended Les Schwab to family and friends. However that will now change as I will recommend that they go elsewhere from now on as I will never go back again.

The less Schwab on matt loop in Medford is upselling people things they don't need on their cars and trucks.
