I have bought several items from Letterbox- Beauty, and each time Katie has ensured the most amazing customer service. So not only are the items exquisite - everyone has loved them - Katie will always go the extra mile to make sure that your package is just as you want it to be. Superb quality and the response from the recipients makes this my favourite go to, particularly at this time when fine gifts can brighten someone's day.

BEAUTIFUL
We've ordered 4 boxes now, and every single time we have been exceptionally impressed. They bring a little bit of heaven and relaxation to the home in a crazy world.
We feel super zen after a treatment and even opening the box is a small event as treatments are packaged with such care.
