La atención de parte del personal de…

La atención de parte del personal de soporte fue estupenda, no otorgó mejor puntuación porque la página es confusa al establecer los métodos de pago en el cual menciona tdcs y Cryptos, sin embargo al momento de mi cobro me informaron que solo a través de deel, por tal motivo me hicieron un refund de mi cuenta.

Buenas tardes, gracias por su respuesta, no cometí ninguna violación a la cuenta, fue gestionada con un control de riesgo disciplinado, el caso fue que por ser residente venezolano no podemos realizar cobros a través de deel, solo por cryptos, lo que destaco de manera positiva de su compañía fue que me realizaron el reembolso de manera oportuna y reitero la atención del personal de soporte muy buena, lamento no poder seguir siendo trader con ustedes por la razón de ser residente en Venezuela. No fue por violación de la cuenta.
